Description of the Amelia Island vacation condo rental

This 2nd story condo with a large furnished deck has great ocean views. You will enjoy the well equipped kitched, nicely furnished rooms, and close proximity of the beautiful Amelia Island beach. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a single. The newly renovated bath has a large walk in shower. Directly across the street from the beach allows easy access and pleasant ocean breezes. A small deck off the kitchen provides access to the shady backyard. An outside shower, for that after the beach rinse is conveniently located.

Area Information

The condo is located in the center of the island, making it convenient to all that it has to offer vacationers. Close to Historic Fernandina Beach with its restored victorian homes, quaint main street shopping area, antique shops, great restaurants, book stores, a museum,and the oldest continually operating saloon in Florida, The Placae, is here too! A visit to the Civil War fort, Fort Clinch, will take you back in time. For that special night out you are only minutes from The Ritz Carlton Hotel, with its newly renovated five star restaurant, The Salt, and its fantastic lounge featuring live music on a regular basis. Biking, swimming, tennis, golf, hiking, fishing, boating, horseback riding, shelling, relaxing on the beach, and many other ways to pass your days on the island make this an ideal spot.

New skate board park about 1 mi. Sharks teeth hunting on the beach a favorite passtime. Across the street from the beach. Clean, comfortable, and well cared for inside and out!

Amazing view

October 25, 2012

This was the most relaxing vacation we had. The house was recently updated with a 42in flat screen TV in livingroom and 32in in the front bedroom. New tin roof sounded so nice when it rained. It is near the shopping centers, downtown with historic sites and quaint shoppes, beach access very close. I think you will llove this place as much as we did. The weather was terrific and the ocean was just right,There is a varitity of restaurants, not to expensive, plenty of fresh shirmp, if you like to fish this is the spot ,south end of island , we have a 4 wheel drive and drove out on the beach to fish.Wow what a sight.
