If our guests are looking for peace at beautiful beach in FL, then our highly furnished villa at world popular Amelia Island Plantations.
From about 6years , the accommodation has been special home to us and owners believe that our guests will surely like the livability and great comfort .
If guests are looking for weekly vacations central along with lots of skateboards, noise and hustle, then it’s not this. Our Highly maintained building features 7 floors along with 2 units at each floor.
It is very peaceful , quiet , pleasant and homey then one would expect from beach front condominium . We feature LONG TERM rental ( about 1month stay minimum ) for families and mature couples .
Owners live about few hrs away & often use the condominium for themselves. Windows stretches all the ways across front of 4th level unit and our guests can feel touching the beautiful ocean. Addition to this , the breathtaking views of ocean and long miles of beautiful beach stretches from north - south . It also overlooks the well maintained golf holes at Plantations Ocean Courses.
Pool area is shared with small group property owners but never crowded .
Villa is quite spacious; it’s over 2350 square ft living area and probably includes everything required in home, taking from amenities to furnishings. Owners have made it into comfortable second luxurious home and it will surely offer great comfort, relaxation and memorable experience to owners.
Rates are about 35 /40 % even less then what management companies & Amelia Island Plantations rental folks charges the unit which is not worth to pay. The other rates are $8000 per month more .
