The villa is an old nineteenth century farmstead, carefully rebuilt, which overlooks a green hillside in a natural beauty spot among cultivated fields, olive groves, vines, woods, fig and walnut trees the fruits of which are at the disposal of guesthouse clients.

Amelia is gorgeously sited on the rocks. The walls originate from the pre-Etruscan period (700 BC). It forms an ideal starting point for enjoying the peace of the surrounding hill and mountain landscape and on the other hand making at least 40 trips by car to sparkling towns like Todi, Orvieto, Narni, Spoleto, Viterbo (15 to 40 min.) or Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Assisi, Tuscania and Tarquinia. In the more immediate surroundings there are numerous charming little villages - of medieval origin - which are increasingly being renovated for weekend and summer tourism. Al the shops you need are available in Amelia.
