Description of the Amsterdam vacation apartment rental

Spacious sunny houseboat in a quiet canal in Amsterdam, designed by the owner himself. Large livingroom and a fully equiped kitchen. A lovely roofed patio where you can enjoy the waterlive in the Amsterdam canals. A large romantic bedroom. Bathroom with shower and a seperate toilet.

This houseboat is only available in May and June, so don't hesitate to book!

Area Description

A quiet neighbourhood close to the city tram witch takes you in 7 minutes to the Leidseplein. The leidseplein is the outgoing area of Amsterdam with lots of restaurants, bars, dancings, cinemas and theaters. You can walk through the nearby Vondelpark to the van Gogh museum, the Rijksmuseum and the Amsterdam concert gebouw (Concert Hall).

Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: 3 nights minimum
Deposits: 140 euro deposit which will be returned when the houseboat is left in good order.
Other Fees: For a third and fourth guest the nightrate is 25 euro a night a person.

Renting Houseboat Bueno was the best thing we did on our recent visit to Amsterdam - the houseboat is beautiful and in a perfect location - close to 2 tram lines, Vondelpark and major museums. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Best of all was time spent just hanging out on the porch with friends and family watching the boats cruise by - my daughter did not want to leave. It was well worth the money and I recommend this houseboat without hesitation.

the houseboat is lovely, the patio is wonderful,the kitchen is very well furnited, the position is very good, near tram stop and near shopping area!!!it was great holiday!!
