Description of the Amsterdam vacation apartment rental

Lovely and nicely furnished houseboat. A nice bathroom with twinshower. Nice kitchen fully equiped. Light livingroom and a patio where you can enjoy the waterlive in Amsterdam.
No smoking inside, but you can smoke on the patio.

A quiet neighbourhood close to the city. In a few minutes you are at the Leidseplein. The leidseplein is the outgoing area of Amsterdam with lots of restaurants, bars, dancings, cinemas and theaters. At walking distance from the van Gogh museum, the Rijksmuseum and the Amsterdam concert gebouw (Concert Hall), or you can walk to the shopping area near the Damsquare.

The houseboat is located in a calm canal close to Leidseplein, which in contrary is bustling and overcrowded. City centre can be reached just by walking a little bit. There is a canal life which is enjoyble to discover: geese, ducks as well as people strolling in boats waiving to you while you sip a glass of cold wine in the veranda. The furniture is simple yet elegant and the kitchen is well furnished allowing you to prepare even the most complicate dinners. The price is not particularly cheap, but neither is Amsterdam. However, the experience is really unique, the house is large, confortable and beautiful, so you will be happy to pay for it.  more...
