Houseboat Arknoa with view on broad and active canal, facing the sunny side & 8 big trees, is located at 9 minutes walking distance West from Amsterdam Central Station.
(A map-of-location will be sent to you on which you can also see the lay-out of the 2 rooms).

The houseboat,(with central heating and hot running water, offers 2 adjacent rooms with shared bathroom/shower with the innkeeper. (max. 4 p.)

The main larger studio room is:
the "Elephant room" with private entrance and waterfront view. (Max. 3p.)
It offers one XL bed for 2p. and a couch-bed for 1p., a king size table, tea and coffee-making facilities with T and coffee, salt & pepper available; a fridge, a radio, wifi; a hair dryer.
The studio room has 2 large windows, an accessible smaller terrace on the waterside and a rowing boat parked infront of the room for relaxing on the waters and chilling out in the sun... The Elephant room is large and sleeps maximum 3p. but is also ideal for couples.
Min. 3 nights and max. 6 nights.
Check in, 16:oo; Check out: 11.30am.
You can always arrive early to deposit bags. Please phone in to see if innkeeper is on the floating premises.
A deposit of e50.- is requested. This will be returned when room is left tidy and garbage has been removed from the room. Cups & plates can be washed in innkeeper's kitchen.

For 1p., the price is e65.- p.night.
For 2p., the price is e95.- p/n.
For 3p., the price is e110.- p/n.
For 4 guests sharing the 2 rooms, the price is e165.- p/n.
Excl. 5% dutch tourist tax. Linnen & towels incl.

The "Nest room" is the smaller adjacent room next to the "Elephant room" and it offers an extra large bed for 2p. and a waterfront view.

The "Nest room" can also be booked by travellers wishing to spend only one night in town as this room is too small for lounging about.
The price is e70.- for 1 or 2p.
Excl. 5% dutch tourist tax. Deposit e50.-.
Check in is in the evening. Check out: 12 am.
With shared bathroom/shower; linnen and towels included. Use of main entrance to the houseboat. Please inquire at the houseboat directly for availability.

North West of the Prinsengracht; at 9 min. from Amsterdam Central Station; close to the Haarlemmerstraat where the supermarket is open from 8am to 10pm, 5 min from Arknoa and close to the Jordaan area. (Saturday and Monday street markets. The large "Westerpark" is also close by.

The houseboat's waterfront looks over the large and busy canal to 8 grand trees! After the buzz of the day, peace settles in on the neighboorhood for a good nights sleep on the waters...It is a safe area and bycicles can also be rented close by as well as motorboats.
