The Anaheim Sunset has been newly renovated in November of 2012.
The title of our page is not an exaggeration: the Anaheim Sunset is the closest rental to Disneyland, California Adventure & Downtown Disney. Our condo is right across the street from Disneyland and is a short 5 minute walk to the FREE Disneyland Tram. Our GUESTS say it takes only 15 MINUTES to get from the front door of the Anaheim Sunset to the Disneyland entrance. Don't pay $15 to park at Disneyland, stay at the Anaheim Sunset and save.
The Master bedroom suite features a queen size bed, walk in closet and a TV with VCR/DVD player. There is also a desktop computer with internet access and WiFi throughout the home for your convenience.
The second bedroom boasts a full/twin bunk bed (sleeps 2 below and 1 above). The condo also has an available queen sized air mattress with sheets.
The living room features new flooring, a 37" high definition flat panel LCD television with a DVD player, cable television and new windows.
At meal time you will find every amenity necessary for a completely home cooked meal (dining table seats 6) in the recently entirely renovated kitchen. Or you can stroll across the street to Downtown Disneyland for a dinner and a movie!
In the evening you can enjoy the incredible Disneyland fireworks show through both new bedrooms windows which provide the perfect view. You can also relax at the large sparkling pool and jacuzzi after a long day at Disneyland while the children play in the children's pool or in the newly renovated playground.
All the amenities at the condo are for your full use to make your vacation completely hassle and worry free. Central AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Full refrigerator, kitchen wares, linens/bedding and towels. All you need to bring is yourself and your family!
A parking spot is also reserved for your convenience and is located about 15 feet from your front door making unloading and loading much easier.

Anaheim Sunset is the perfect place to stay during a Disneyland vacation. This was my 5 year old son's first trip to Disney. I'm not sure what his favorite part was - the Matterhorn roller coaster or the bunk beds in the condo. The entire condominium complex is so child friendly with the pool and playground. But the toys and kids DVD's in the condo where completely unexpected. Everything about the condo was just as advertised - even the 5 minute walk to the Disney tram. We will be staying at Anaheim Sunset on all of our Disneyland adventures

Clean, convenient, and easy to communicate with the owner/representative. Exactly as advertised. Quick walk to Disney and to California Adventure. WE loved it and will be repeat customers.
What a great long weekend! We were fortunate to see the first warm weather in So. Cal for a while. The boys even braved the pool! Brrr! Thanks for a lovely "resting place" in between trips to the Happiest Place on Earth! Very comfortable! Well stocked! We feel totally welcome! 2/11/10

Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing condo. We will never stay at a hotel again! You really thought of everything and we appreciated all the extras. We walked to the tram (5 mins) everyday or to Downtown Disney (7 mins) every day. You really can't get a better location. Thanks for everything. We will definitely tell our friends!

Anaheim Sunset is a great option for Disneyland Accommodation, especially for families. Being 5-10 mins walk from the car park shuttle (you're inside the park 15 min after leaving the front door), only a Disneyland Hotel can get you closer, and then only just. The condo is extremely neat, tidy and comfortable with all mod cons including internet. Hosts are very caring and accommodating. We'll be back.
