The cottage is always clean and the hosts provide the right amenities for us to start our visit to the city. Our family, 2 adults and 2 children, had a fantastic stay in Anaheim Cottages while visiting the theme parks. The apartment was clean and well equipped - including a stocked fridge/pantry which was very welcome after our 15+ hour travel - and far more spacious than you could get in a hotel; great value for money. Fausto was the perfect host, always available to help and offer advice. It was an easy drive from Disney allowing us to come back for some quiet time in the middle of the day although without a car it would have been more difficult. The kitchen was perfect for the times we didn't want to venture out to a restaurant or just be able to make a good cup of tea! We'd certainly stay here again. .

Richard was super nice and met us right as we arrived. The property was excellent with plenty of beds for my family of 5. Fausto and Richard had company of their own during Christmas and still made the time to make our stay exceptionally enjoyable. Disneyland at Christmas time is crazy busy so it was nice to have a place to stay when the crowd got really heavy in the early afternoon. It is right down the street from the Mickey and Friend parking structure. The house was very warm and welcoming. It is very up to date and modern with excellent decorating. My family felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Richard and Fausto were always available to talk to if we had a need or a question about anything. I would definately recommend this property to anyone.

While complex may be old, it's very well maintained, and while the condo may be older and not very well built, the interior is very nice, very comfortable, and had all the amenities you'd want. A very affordable way for a family of 4 to stay right next to Disneyland and the Convention Center.

AMAZING LITTLE COTTAGE

This cottage is the cutest little getaway I have seen in a long time and it was so close to Disneyland. It was such a perfect little place to come home to after a long day instead of a stuffy hotel room with no amenitites. The cottage had all the comforts of home and we were able to not only cook everyday, but the beds were super comfy and the back patio was set up perfectly for bbq'ing and just hanging out. We loved Fausto's home and will be repeat guests.

Our family stayed at the Cottages for 7 days and were completely satisfied with the accommodation, location to southern Cal attractions, and wonderful treatment from our hosts. We were delighted to return for fourth visit, March/April 2011, for a week to Anaheim. With close proximity to Disney and our favourite SoCal beaches (Laguna, Santa Monica and Huntington) it has been our obvious choice since 2007. The condo is clean, quiet and private; the side yard off the master perfect for our kids to play while we get ready each day. Walks in the neighbourhood, groceries, laundry and great restaurants featuring int'l cuisine, practically all at our doorstep. We appreciate the friendly professional manner of Fausto and Richard. We hope to return for Visit #5 soon!

Wonderful stay

While attending a conference at the Anaheim convention center, some coworkers and I decided to stay at this vacation rental instead of commuting from Pasadena each day or staying at one of the hotels near the convention center. We expected that it would be cheaper and more pleasant, and it was both. Driving to the convention center each morning was not a problem (3 miles), and although parking there costs $12, staying at one of the hotels instead would not have saved us any money (it costs $15 per day to park at the hotels, even for hotel guests). The cottage was very comfortable. We appreciated the free wifi, dish network, and full furnishings (dishes, appliances, etc.) We had six people in their late 20's sharing the space, but it was fine since we are all good friends and none of us minds sleeping in a bunk bed. It could feel cramped for people whose main relationship is professional, but the cottage would be ideal for families. The owners were always pleasant to deal with, and were flexible when we needed to extend our checkout time to 2pm instead of 11am.

I stayed in this rental with my work team for the NAMM show and it was a stellar place! Super clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, incredibly comfortable beds, and great amenities. Layed out well for people with kids. Fausto was incredibly nice and helpful. So much better than a hotel. Couldn't be better.

The other thing that we like is that we felt like we in our own home cause the hosts treats us like we're in our own house. We really enjoyed our stay at Anaheim Cottages. Fausto was very freindly and helpful when we needed any assistance. The cottages we clean and very comfortable. Anaheim's best kept secret! Feel as if we got a whole lot more than what we actually paid for. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for my family. The kitchen was excellent...everything needed to cook was available. The location of the cottage was in the middle of everything. You're within five minutes from "The Happiest Place on Earth"... Disneyland! Management was awesome! My family and I REALLY enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to vacation Anaheim. You won't be dissapointed!

We stayed at Anaheim cottages in late December. The units were tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Fausto and Richard were wonderful hosts. It is apparent that they have spent some time making these homes just right. Unit A was decorated more traditionally with comfy couches, carpeting, & a pretty little patio. Unit B also has a patio, but was decorated more contemporary ( or modern). The counters were granite, the floors were tile, the couches were leather, and there was a flat screen t.v. on the wall. Both families were happy with their units. The neighborhood is quiet and as soon as we pulled in the drive, my boys (ages 9 & 11) made friends immediately with the neighborhood children. It was just like home!! We would definitely recommend these units for anyone who prefers to relax in a more "homey" atmosphere. Thanks Fausto and Richard for a lovely stay.

This property rates 4stars out of 5. But we added 1 extra star for the excellent customer service that we received from two wonderful people, Fausto & Richard. They know how to treat their guests with TLC ( Tender Loving Care). As to the merit of this property, the unit contains mostly everything you would need in a holiday home. It is very cozy, comfy and clean. Location wise, this property is close to many attractions and places of interest,and most importantly, the rate is very reasonable. This vacation house is a good find and we recommend this property strongly to families on holiday who would like to experience home away from home. At the end of our month-long stay, not only did we have a great holiday, but we also gained new good friends in Fausto & Richard. Come and experience the difference yourself. We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The fenced courtyard was fun for our two younger girls to play in and the only thing we missed was not having a washer and dryer. The cottage was well stocked with maps and flyers of the area. The kitchen was great with all of the things one needs and the beds were comfortable. There was very little street noise and Disney is an easy drive up the street. Wireless internet, a stash of movies, and direct TV were great to have. Definately a hidden gem!

We stayed at Anaheim Cottages for 6 days and we really enjoyed our stay. The Cottage was minutes from Disneyland and Disney Adventure Park and was also close to shopping and major freeways. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Fausto and Ricardo greeted us when we arrived and offered every assistance. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels etc. There was a good selection of movies too for those moments when you need some down time. The beds were comfortable so you could get a good night sleep before another day of adventure. We would highly recommend staying at the Anaheim Cottages.

Spent two wonderful wks in Los Angeles staying at the Anaheim Vacation Cottages.We could have stayed in Hotels but opted for the spaciousness of the cottages.Great choice.There were nine of us and we booked two units.There was heaps of room ,exception comfort ,full utilities and plenty of fresh towels etc as required.We thank Ricardo and Fausto for making our holiday so memorable.

We were very pleased with the location so close to Disney and a peaceful neighborhood. The Cottage was spotless and fully equipped with all that was needed. Fausto and Richard were more then helpful.Great for Families and better value then most.If you dont need a large House but looking for a spotless and well appointed Home away from Home then this is it.

We really enjoyed the attention to detail in this vacation cottage. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were two sets of bunk beds in the kid's room, and a queen bed in the parent's room, two very large comfy sofas in the living area, leaving lots of space for our family of five. The cottage was tastefully decorated, air conditioned, close to Disneyland, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, and our hosts exceeded our expectations. We were able to use the barbeque most evenings. Parking was provided.

Anaheim Cottage is really a perfect accomodation with everything you can expect to spend comfortable and familiar holidays.Fausto's and Richard's hospitality is hard to beat. We never found an apartment like this in our past holidays. The equipment and the decor are lovingly and absolutely complete. Everything is clean and cosy. Also children and their interests are on Fausto's and Richard's mind.Toys and DVDs are available.Anytime we would recommend Anaheim Cottage to friends and family. Urlaub in Anaheim cottages sind wirklich perfekt. Ausstattung, Dekor und vor allem Faustos und Richard Gastfreundschaft sind kaum zu überbieten. Die beiden denken an alles, um einen gmütlichen und behaglichen Urlaub zu garantieren. Auch an Kinder und ihre Interessen wird gedacht, Spielsachen und DVDs stehen ausreichend zu Verfügung. Wir hatten noch nie so eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung und würden jederzeit unseren Freunden und unserer Familie Anaheim cottages empfehlen.

This property is fabulous! We had 2 children with us and it was nice for them to have their own bedroom. The property is immaculate and very close to Disneyland. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Richard and Fausto make take very good care of you. Any need is taken care of quickly.

Wat vooral de nederlanders zal aanspreken is het feit dat het huis erg schoon is en lekker fris ruikt. Je kan gebruik maken van een laptop, ook erg handig en de winkels (24 uur open) zijn vlak bij. De gastheren Fausto & Richard zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en vlak bij als er wat is. Het is een mooi huisje met alles erop en eraan en ook nog hotelservice wat de handdoeken betreft (hoef je dus niet mee te nemen). Zeker een aanrader voor als je een huisje dicht bij Disneyland zoekt.
