Description of the Anaheim vacation home rental
The Anaheim House, built in 1998, is in a new, well established family neighborhood, conveniently located in the heart of Orange County. Your fantasy of a perfect luxury vacation home is fully realized in this spacious 2-Story Family home located in a gated community. Enter the Anaheim House through a wide L-Shaped covered porch, a foyer lined with hardwood floors and a beautiful powder room with pedestal sink. Continue through the foyer into the long adjoining, natural light, living and dining rooms with vaulted ceilings. Our country kitchen is complete with hardwood floors, a built in pantry and a large sunny breakfast nook for enjoying your morning coffee. The family room, off the kitchen, is a perfect place to rest and relax after a long day of visiting one of the many Orange County attractions, with a handsome fireplace, stereo system, entertainment system (Direct TV, VCR, DVD, and Tivo) and media alcove.
A sliding glass door leads to the patio. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a full patio, teak lawn furniture, and a barbeque. For your outdoor dining pleasure, there is a large teak table with umbrella and 4 teak arm chairs. Also, there is a glider, lounge chair, two arm chairs, an additional umbrella, a round coffee table, and a serving cart, all the comforts of home, for your guests as well as your entire family.
On the second floor, there are two ample sized bedrooms, a loft, a bathroom, and a large master suite with wardrobe closets and a stunning master bath. Rounding out the many conveniences available with the Anaheim House are the laundry room and central air conditioning.

We stayed here, 2 families of 8 and we had plenty of room. It was close to Disneyland and not too far from Universal, Holywood and Huntington beach, the other places we visited. Traffic is a nightmare but that is normal in Orange county with all the construction. We would definately rent this place again. The owners are nice and easy to work with, makes the renting process a breeze and its also in a quiete and gated neighborhood making it safe for all.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Anaheim! The pictures do not do this place justice! Everything is tastefully done and there is so much room!! Our family of 5 came and the kids were so excited to have their own room AND bathroom! Trisha is very nice to work with. If we came back to LA we would definitely stay here again! Beautiful place!!

My sister, two nephews(age 12 & 14)and I stayed at Anaheim House for one week. It was very clean and had plenty of towels and linens. The full kitchen and laundry are great bonuses. It is very close to DisneyLand and the MetroLink, public transportation into Los Angeles. A couple of grocery stores are minutes away. A sheet with televison channels would have been helpful. We didn't have the access code to the WiFi and the location of the modem was awkward. Overall a convenient place to stay.

Home for a family visit

For a rental home, the house has a welcoming atmosphere and was in a perfect location to visit with a brother in Orange County and other family living around the Pasadena area. Lovely house, extremely well equipped in every respect. Perfect location for us (between Disneyland and the Honda Center, not far from Long Beach). Our only problem was with the TV. The written instructions warned that the remotes were complicated, but even following the instructions as well as we could, we "old folks" had great difficulty. Our 26-year-old son (who lives in Long Beach) got it going early, but then we didn't figure out how to change it until the day before we left.

The house was so equiped that we felt like we were home. It was very clean, comfortable, roomy and quiet. Great neighborhood and close to everywhere we wanted to go. I would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone. To top it off, the owener was so kind and readily available for questions...also left plenty of brochures on local attractions. Would go back in a heartbeat !!

Perfect Place

This house was perfect for three couples in Anaheim for a week-long Bible seminar. There was plenty of room and with a kitchen available, we didn't have to go out to eat every day. Bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious & clean. There was even enough space to have others over one evening for a bbq. We would definitely recommend this house and stay there again if the need arises and it's available.
