MODERN EXECUTIVE HOME NEAR DISNEYLAND (#36247)

This house was wonderful. The house is in a great area, closeby to Disney. My entire family enjoyed it very much. The decorating is beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. I highly recommend this home to everyone. The patio is also wonderful to have a nice bbq if you have time. Thank you for the great experience, we loved it.

We definitely concur with all the other guest's comments, Kelly and her husband are doing something extraordinary in this day and age and thats going the extra distance to ensure that the guests are comfortable and left wanting for nothing more. It's nice to know that there are still some great business people out there. Thanks to Kelly again for providing a vacation home that makes the vacation more memorable.

The house is beautifully spotless and very tastefully decorated. There are lot of little touches like suggestions for things to do, where to eat etc. and a wonderfull jacuzzi bathtub easily big enough for two with bath salts, bubble bath provided. The rental process was painless and efficient. The house is very well located for the main Anaheim locations and access to highway. Lots of room inside. would deifinitely stay there again. Single story,good for older folk and younger kids LOL.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway, and Sightseeing

06/05/08 Positive A friend of mine recommended that I try renting a house instead of going to a hotel for our Disneyland vacation and let me tell you that after the experience of staying in this house, we are absolutely hooked. We are so glad that we took his advice because this is such a wonderful, clean, well equipped house that has amenities for its guests coming out of the Wahzoo. We were all impressed with some of the little surprise amenities such as the iPod speaker system, the numerous toys in the kid’s room and garage, and the master bath’s oversized jetted tub (which is big enough for 2 to relax in) we wish we would have planned a longer vacation. This is a gorgeous home! My wife and I are definitely planning a return visit.

05/28/08 Positive This was our first trip to California. And Anaheim was our first stop. We were traveling with the great grandparents (each celebrated a birthday while we were there - 89 & 85!) and two teenagers. Your home was so accomodating for all of us. It was awesome that the grand parents were able to relax at home while we were at Disneyland. The tubs were a welcomed treat after a 10 hours at the parks... I did my research and you cannot get hotel lodging as nice as this -- and the rates were very reasonable! Thanks! Kristen.

04/25/08 Positive The only down side to staying in this fabulous Anaheim house is, it made it more difficult to end the vacation and go home. We had a wonderful time! We were comfortable, no matter what the temperature was outside (we experienced both very cold and very hot weather in the one week we were there), we were well-equipped ( we even had rolling coolers to keep our drinks cold in the car!), and there was ample space for all of us (I thought I might have a problem if my my daughter chose to sleep with us in our bed , but our bed was big enough to accommodate all 3 of us). And did I mention the kitchen? Cuisinart and Calphalon for me to use as much as I want! This house is everything the owners say it is, and much more!
Thanks for a fantastic vacation, Kelly. My in-laws are still patting me in the back for choosing your house.

6 weeks tripping around the states with my wife, two kids and mother in law means you stay in a lot of different places. This home in Anaheim was far and away the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable place we stayed. It's got everything, the kids wanted to stay home instead of going to Disneyland! It's also the little things that count with this property, the extra trouble the owners have gone to to make it that little bit better, that little bit more special that makes it such a nice place to stay. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and if anyone from Australia wants to call me personally to find out more about our experiences here then please contact the owner for my details.

Why get a hotel? This is so much better!

Let me just say that we've really enjoyed our stay here -- everything was great, and we hope to come back again in the near future! The house is just lovely, the decor very tasteful, and all the amenities that were provided really made us feel at home. The rooms were great, all the appliances were new and worked very well, and there was so much space for all of us (5 adults) to sprawl out! We were so impressed, and we cannot stress this enough! We will not stay at a hotel again!
Our 12-month old even felt really comfortable here, with sleeping and everything! A crib and high chair were provided, and it was so fantastic to have an array of quality games and books at our disposal to keep her happy! A godsend for sure!

Kelly was also very quick at answering any questions, and quick with transactions, and was very friendly. She even accommodated us for an extra night when our baby fell ill with an ear infection the day before our return home. This was fantastic! We would recommend this home to anyone without hesitation.

03/13/08 Positive We stayed at this house in March of 2008. While we've rented vacation houses before, this house has now set a new standard for rental house luxury for us.
The house is located at the end of a quiet street which minimizes the traffic levels and any street noise. The house was immaculate and well-kept, and bedding and linens were of the highest quality. Appliances seemed brand new and all equipment worked. The decoration and furnishings were also great; the owners have really struck a balance between elegance and comfort. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities, and there were even recent DVD's, play station games, and age-appropriate toys (we travelled with 4 adults and a toddler and there was something for everyone).
The house location is as advertised - 2.5 miles from Disneyland. The route is strictly surface streets, which having experienced the traffic of that area is an asset. It made it a reliable 10 minute drive to the disney parking lot at any time of day.
The owners were very thorough with house instructions and were quick to respond to questions by email. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay at this house again and would recommend it to any of my friends. With the price being within the range of many of the hotels in the area, this is an extremely good value.

Stayed at this house with five other people this past January 2008. Very comfortable, everything you need is there, clean, spacious and cozy. Everything needed such as grocery shopping and restaurants were within a mile radius of the house. We will be coming back next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would not hesitate to recommend it.

The property itself was immaculate and there were lots of thoughtful touches, such as great toiletries in the bathroom, plenty of laundry liquid etc, new spices in the kitchen.... Our children, aged 10, 7 and 6 (girls and a boy), loved the house and were very impressed with the selection of toys and playstation games.

The house is in a very quiet road and is a very easy house to live in with a well designed layout. The master bedroom is large with a sizeable walk-in closet and huge shower. The bed was possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and we've been travelling for the last 7 months so we've tried a few!).

The kitchen had everything we needed and we did quite a bit of cooking during our stay. The living rooms were very comfortable. We were impressed with the quality and design of the furnishings.

The house is very close to Disneyland (10 minute drive) and the rest of LA is not far on the freeway - though we would definitely recommend a car to make the most of this area. We also had a great day at Laguna and Crystal Cove Beach (about half an hour's drive).

Another big advantage to staying here was the helpfulness of the friendly owners who did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They answered our emails extremely promptly and helped us out with a number of things. They also provided some great suggestions for activities in the area.

If we find ourselves in California again we'd definitely like to come back.
