Description of the Anaheim vacation home rental

3 Bedrooms + Den - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 8-12)

Everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Be pampered in our cheerful retreat inside and out. Located on a quarter acre lot with fenced swimming pool and spa. A separate grassy area for the kids to play. Situated in the heart of Southern California, you are only minutes away from the best entertainment around. Only seven minutes to Disneyland, but if you prefer to relax at home, you can watch Disney's fireworks from the backyard.

Our cozy living room features oversized comfy furniture, perfect for relaxing in front of the fireplace or viewing our satellite TV and DVD. Our computer is also located in this room for easy connection through DSL. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and more. All appliances: range, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and water, coffee maker, coffee grinder and ground coffee, blender, crock pot, toaster, all cookware, bakeware, utensils and serving dishes you could need. Our kitchen eating area has seating for four.

Our formal dining area seats four, with extension leaves to accomodate up to 8. Whether you choose to dine inside, outside on the covered patio or at a local restaurant, the options are endless! Our family room is a perfect retreat for the kids. Equipped with games, puzzles, satellite TV and VCR and plenty of movies for all ages this is a great 'kid space'. It can also be converted into an additional bedroom for sleeping up to four guests with the pull out sofa bed and futon sleeper.

The sleeping quarters include a romantic Master bedroom with queen size bed, reading area and satellite TV with VCR. Our jungle room features a queen size bed and satellite TV. The bunk room features two sets of bunk beds that will accommodate up to four people. We also have an infant crib/playpen. All rooms have alarm clocks.

Our outdoor living space is a retreat in itself. Our private pool area with security fencing features a huge in-ground swimming pool, eight-person spa and grassy, shaded areas for reading, watching the water activities and napping. Our inner yard features plenty of grassy space for the little ones, a BBQ area, a covered patio and patio furniture. Poolside seating, linens, sunscreen and pool toys are provided.

There is no need to pack your entire wardrobe when you visit. Our home is equipped with a large capacity washer and Maytag Drying Center. We even provide detergent and fabric softener. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Our two bathrooms are fully equipped with all essentials: plenty of linens, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, body lotion, Q-tips, tissues, first aid kits, hairdryer, curling iron and emergency toiletries.Off street parking is available for up to four vehicles on the property.

Disneyland, July 15, 2009

We loved the house & it perfectly suited out needs. There were 4 adults & 6 kids ranging in age from 5-18 in our group. The kids spent hours in the pool (whenever we wern't out seeing the sights) and the adults enjoyed both the pool & hottub. Having a fully equiped kitchen cut down immensely on our food costs. We ate our breakfast at the house & packed lunches to take on our outings. Several days we even made it back to the house to bar-b-que supper. The onsite laundry facility made it possible to bring far less clothing than would be normal for a 17 day trip. The house is literally minutes from Disneyland (you can see the park from the end of the block). We watched the Disney 4th of July fireworks from the back yard. There was lots of shopping in the immediate area so didn't need to travel far to get whatever we needed. The neighbourhood was very clean & quiet. I would definitely recommend this house to any family our group who are planning a California vacation.

Wonderful accommodations! Easy access to local amusement parks, Anaheim Angels stadium, 30 minutes to Newport Beach. Our crew of 7 enjoyed this rental. Family friendly, safe neighborhood - lovely pool and hot tub with a view of nightly Disneyland fireworks without the noise! Clean and cozy house - well kept yard. Very pleasant!

We had a great time staying at this property. The house was just as described and perfect for our family of six. The kids loved the pool. We loved getting away from the crowds of Disneyland and having dinner at home. We would stay here again.

10/05/2008 When my husband suggested us renting a home for our disneyland trip I honestly thought that he was crazy. But after he did his research and found Cassie's home I can't imagine doing it any other way. Renting the home made a potentially very busy, chaotic holiday into a very relaxing and enjoyable one. We had 2 families staying at the house and it more than met our needs and the size and layout was perfect. There are enough tvs that we all could have had our own if we wished. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The yard was meticulous. It was just so nice to be able to relax in our own hot tub after a busy day and watch the kids swim. We even had 2 days where that is all we did was hang out in the yard.
Thanks again Cassie for renting your home to us.
I highly recommend this home for your holdiay and it easily accomodated the 8 of us.
p.s. September is a great time to go as the weather is still great and the line ups at the parks were minimal.

04/05/07 Staying in your home (BC resort) was amazing. Thank you so much for making our trip such a special memory. The home was so beautiful! What a perfect location for a great visit to Disneyland. I can honestly say this home made our trip far better then it would have been if we had stayed in a hotel. We loved being able to make snacks to take into Disneyland and it saved tons of money having our own fridge and kitchen. The house is beautifully landscaped and has all of the comforts of home. The pool and the hot tub are the icing on the cake! What a treat. I could tell immediately that Cassie and Bob had thought of everything to make our visit comfortable….from the maps to the great beach. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to my family and friends, and I will. If you are thinking of renting this house--do it!

03/14/07 'Absolutely incredible', is the phrase that I would use to describe our stay at this wonderful and comfortable home. I felt, as I walked in the front door a sense of welcome and relief that I had left my home only to walk into the comforts of another. The smallest details were met even down to having sandwich bags and a cooler to pack our lunch in as we went on sightseeing trips. The home was so convenient to surrounding areas that we could come home with my two little grandchildren (and myself) to take a nap.

Thank you so much Cassie, for making us feel so comfortable. We would love to come back on our next trip to California.
