There is a shopping center within walking distance that has a Food4Less grocery store, a Sav-on pharmacy, Hometown Buffet, 98 cent store that has a lot of small Disney things, pencil cases, pens and pencils, stickers, books, it changes all the time, take a look!) Bank of America, Big Lot store, Kmart, Nickel, nickel (kids arcade), Walgreen's, Kmart.There are fast food places, (Arby's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Carl's Jr and McDonald's), Hometown Buffet, Mexican and Italian restaurants, movie theatres close by, Blockbuster (movie rentals). The Crystal Cathedral, Disney Ice Skating rink (official training facility of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim), Universal Studios, Getty Museum, Downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Long Beach Pike Including the Aquarium of the Pacific, Los Angeles Dodges Stadium, Arrowhead Pond, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, Big Bear lake resort area, Catalina Island, San Diego, Balboa Island.
There are beaches close by. The mountains are close, too) California is great! The house is centrally located close to all the freeways. We live locally and would be available to give you directions or suggestions, or whatever you need!
Freeways are less than 5 minutes away and in California, if you can get to a freeway...you are halfway to where ever you are going!!

The owner, Shannon Donaldson, did not send us the full deposit, she charged us for the following unreasonable items: - Shannon Donaldson claimed that there were no power at 2 bedrooms after we checked out. She sent us an invoice for electricity repairs for $200. The invoice dated 07/19/2010 which is 8 days after we checked out! The company is "A-All At Ease Electric" - Shannon Donaldson charged us $30 for a broken pool stick. She sent us the picture of that broken pool stick. The funny thing is the picture dated 08/11/2009 4:40pm while we rented her vacation home on July 10-11, 2010 - Shannon Donaldson also charged extra cleaning fee of $50 besides $150 cleaning fee paid upfront. She claimed that she had to clean outside the house because we smoked and littered around the house. That's a shocking news since none of us smoke!
