The 3-car garage has been converted into a fully-equipped game room. Enjoy some friendly, family competition while playing Wii, billiards, foosball, ping-pong, darts or one of the many board games. Small children will enjoy their own play area with bookcases equipped with kids movies, books, games and toys; a train table and a kids play kitchen set. Full laundry service is also provided in the garage.

Casa Melinda is equipped with comfy beds for 10. A futon and air mattresses make it possible to accommodate up to 16 people. The beautifully furnished bedrooms include: Spacious Master Bedroom Suite with California King bed, king size pillows, a private bath with separate vanity, walk-in closet, dresser and Hi-Def 40" cable TV and Blu-ray player; Bedrooms #2 and #3 have Queen Beds, closet and nightstand; and the 4th Bedroom has two twin bunk beds and closet.
This home has central heat and air conditioning. All bath linens and bedding are provided, including basic soaps and hair dryers.
