Nice townhouse, very conveniently located near Disneyland. We found John to be very helpful and easy to reach. Would recommend again. The kitchen is a little sparse so bring your own kitchen stuff, other than that, perfect! Our three kids loved the pool and tennis courts. Thanks John!

We rented this property for New Years and Disneyland. It was great for location and comfortable. The only thing I suggest is to bring some extra kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking there is some provided but limited. This place was very much what we were looking for and left happy. The management was very good as well.

This condo is in a great location! Disneyland blocks away, Target, Vons, as well as lots of little stores/services and a small park within walking distance. You can see some of Disney's fireworks if you look between the trees standing in the middle of the street, which is at the end of a dead end. All other condos are not vacation rentals, and is in a very friendly, quiet area. The jacuzzi was awesome and hot! Just the way we like it. The pool would have been ok, cold, but ok, if it hadn't been for a wind storm blowing leaves (lots of leaves) into it. And, because it was over the holidays, the pool guy didn't come till the day we left. The condo itself does have upstairs bedrooms, it was great exercise for us, who are not use to stairs. Washer and drier worked great and there are several strollers there for use. We would have liked to use the garage, but for some rental reason, we couldn't, our car was safe outside and we always were able to park in front of our door. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner for our standards. It appeared that the dishes were washed in the dishwasher without pre-rinsing and some had a little residue. Overall we had a wonderful time, we got to visit with family we hadn't seen for over 30 plus years, and nothing about the condo stopped us from having a wonderful time.

this townhouse was an average place to stay. It listed alot more ammenities than it actually had. One being a gas grill. We wanted to bbq but had no way of doing so. It also listed a stereo and radio which we never found. We arrived on Sat. afternoon, on Sun. afternoon airconditioner broke. We had to wait until monday afternoon to get it fixed. It was very hot and no mention on managements part to give us some money back for the time we were miserable. I also encountered communication problems with the manager. He had a hard time understanding our language. We needed wash clothes and when I asked him about getting some he didn't know what I meant. I finally went to target and bought some. The kitchen did not have many supplies for cooking. Just one kettle and one frying pan. Had lots of plates and cups but not much for cooking. We had problems with the shower water either really hot or cold. Toilet did not flush properly. We had to pay the damage deposit through pay pal and when it was deposited back to us they sent it to pay pal as a payment and not a refund so pay pal wanted to charge me a fee for this. I finally got it straightened out with paypal but still am waiting for the money to actually be deposited back to my credit card. I also was told that you could walk to disneyland from the townhouse but it was way too far to walk, especially with kids. On the positive side I did like the strollers that were provided and also the playpen. This unit was also clean when we arrived. We have stayed at places much more accommadating to our needs. We were there 8 nights and had our 2 kids and our grandkids with us for a trip that we will probably not be able to afford again for a very long time. I wish we were more aware of the situation before deciding to stay there. If I were to go back I would probably stay somewhere else. When you come as far as we did and you stay as long as we did you want something a little more accommadating.

We had a great time during our 7 nights stay at this townhouse. It is in a remarkably quiet neighbourhood but is still only a few blocks from restaurants, shopping, coffee and groceries. Residents of the area are very friendly and kind. Disney is a ten minute or less drive away. Great for getting there before the big crowds hit. Joe, the contact for the owner, was very nice. He gave the whole family a tour and gave us some good ideas for restaurants and shopping in the area. The pool and hot tub is a short walk from the front door. The swimming pool can be a little cool for the little kids in the evenings. The appliances all worked and the townhouse is well maintained. The townhouse was clean for our arrival. Parking was very easy at all times of the day and night. We would stay again!

This was a great location just a few short blocks from Disney. Nicely located close to shopping, Universal Studios, and just over one hour to Sea World and San Diego Zoo. The area was quiet and well kept. We would definitely stay there again.

We rented this home for a week. The home itself was filthy. As we unpacked, we found marijuana in the drawers, we found tobacco in drawers, the fridge was dirty (the top is covered in a thick black layer of grime), the upstairs toilet wasn't clean. We found matches under the bed. We cleaned it up ourselves, and because we did the owner could smell the tobacco and marijuana we threw out and charged us an extra fee. There are lots of homes in the area - don't use this one. If you do, insist on a thorough inspection of the home including windows, drawers and closets before you pay.

A group of 12 of us (adults and teens) rented this house for my 40th birthday week. It was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and Wyndie had the house stocked with everything we needed and more! She was also available to give us directions / travel advice when needed which we really appreciated. We all loved the house, the yard and the location. Would highly recommend to others looking for an accomodation with a "homey" feeling. It was so nice to return to this lovely home at the end of each busy day!! The neighborhood was very quiet. We found everything to be very convenient to the location of the house and we felt very safe.

Our stay at this property was ideal. We had young children with us and there were more than enough beds. We were provided with a crib for the baby, and strollers were available for us. The pool is close and there is a park close by too. The shops, restaurants, and Disney are all close by. Overall we had a wonderful time and the property manager was very helpful and kind. We would definatly stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was set up well and was very comfortable for myself, my son & his wife, and my four grandchildren. It was so nice to have a place of "our own" at the end of each busy day rather than staying in a hotel. The neighborhood is very quiet & nice. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect base for Disney and LA. House is comfortable clean and close to restaurants and shops. Juan welcomed us and was both friendly and very helpful. He even called to make sure we were ok after the earthquake! We had a fantastic holiday and would recomend this house and location.

the service provided when arriving was top. The house was welcoming and quiet albeit very close to Disney, Convention and Shopping areas. We will certainly stay here for our next trip to the area. /Gote Carlebjork and Family

if you are going to Anaheim don't bother looking anywhere else but here, it is close to Disneyland also shopping etc. Juan and Marga are exceptional people they treat you more like family than clients the house is very clean and safe and big enough for the 8 people in our party , cannot recommend this property highly enough and the price is good too!!!

bathrooms and master bedroom didn't offer much privacy. Well equipped kitchen. Nice & clean garage. Excellent location and the convenience of many very close stores and restaurants, as well as Disney.

My husband and 3 kids( under 7yrs) stayed here for 11 days during our visit to disneyland and surrounds. We found the place an excellent base to visit Disneyland as well as daytrips to San Diego ( 1.5hrs) and Los angeles city ( 1hr) . The place was clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The service was excellent and the owners were only a phone call away. We had a minor glitch with the bathroom and this was promptly rectified. As we have an infant who was sick during the trip, having facilities to wash and dry and a kitchen was a godsend. We would definitely stay here again. So much better than a hotel if you have a family. Very convenient with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. Disneyland a short drive away. With 3 kids, walking was not an option even if we had stayed at one of the closer hotels.

This little Anaheim townhouse was a cosy, new, light and clean place to stay for our week in LA. It was nice to feel like we were staying in a home away from home. Both the owner and agent went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and that nothing was too much trouble for some "little extras" that they arranged effortlessly for the family before and during our stay. We traveled as a party of 6, and there was plenty of room. The neighbours were discrete and the area seemed very safe and was also well situated. Have a great time when you go.

This is going on LOT's of websites - have fun getting bookings This townhouse is advertised as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom paradise! Unfortunately it isn't!!!! The owners advertise that they have 4 queen beds + sofa - SORRY WRONG AGAIN!!!! We booked this townhouse for our last 'relaxing' week in LA California, having looked at the details on the website and speaking to the owners directly. I was assured that the townhouse was large and airy with 4 queen beds! We duly arrived (August 2007) only to find that it is a 2 BEDROOM, 1.5 bathroom, we had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed - a cheap and nasty one at that - to add insult to injury there wasn't even enough bedding to go round, Believe me I looked for where the other 2 queen beds could go but unless someone slept in the garage - with the amazing washing machine, that leaked so much water over the floor, the clothes were still dry! - there was no where they were going to go. When I complained about the 2 bedroom townhouse - I was informed that the dressing area in the main bedroom - without doors - was the third bedroom - and was duly given a portable folding partition to 'give us some privacy' which, yep you've guessed it didn't fit! There were so many electrical problems/dangers that a good electrican would have been kept busy for a week! As for the pool area - well that was derelict, the pool could have quite easily have fitted 4 people as long as you don't mind synchronised swimming and of course, there wasn't a sun lounger in sight! All in all we managed to stay 2 nights before we found somewhere else and finally enjoyed our holiday - however, be warned the owners are really nice until you start to show how their townhouse doesn't live upto the advert! DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AVOID EVEN MORE THAN THE BLACK PLAGUE!!!!!!

Please DO NOT believe the description of this place IT IS ONLY 2 BEDROOMS with a dressing area with thin sofa bed with no way of seperating them - there is no way they can fit 4 Queen beds. It is extremely small and badly finished with electrical hazards everywhere. The pool area is very small and unkempt. We only stayed 2 nights out of 7 and they were extremely rude when we pointed out problems - BE AWARE STAY AWAY
This Townhouse is paradise in the middle of the city! One minute from Disneyland and the Convention Center and just blocks from restaurants and shopping centers.
Here you will expend the time of your life!
