Any damage to the property will be subtracted from your deposit. We must, receive a personal check, money order or credit card payment for the deposit on the day of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. THE TOTAL OF THE RENTAL MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL. WE ACCEPT ONLY CASH, OR CASHIER CHECK
   
• Other Fees: * Cleaning fee: Only $100 will apply. However, for coffee/wine etc. spots on the carpet or scratches to the wall etc. other fee may apply * Loosing the facilities electronic key (tennis court, pool and jacuzzi) will result in the charged of two hundred (200) dollars fee. Cancellations: made within 7 days from original booking: No fee. After 7 days: $125 fee. After 14 days: $250 fee. After 21 days: $375 fee. After 28 days: $500.

Our stay at this property was ideal. We had young children with us and there were more than enough beds. We were provided with a crib for the baby, and strollers were available for us. The pool is close and there is a park close by too. The shops, restaurants, and Disney are all close by. Overall we had a wonderful time and the property manager was very helpful and kind. We would definatly stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was set up well and was very comfortable for myself, my son & his wife, and my four grandchildren. It was so nice to have a place of "our own" at the end of each busy day rather than staying in a hotel. The neighborhood is very quiet & nice. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect base for Disney and LA. House is comfortable clean and close to restaurants and shops. Juan welcomed us and was both friendly and very helpful. He even called to make sure we were ok after the earthquake!We had a fantastic holiday and would recomend this house and location.

if you are going to Anaheim don't bother looking anywhere else but here, it is close to Disneyland also shopping etc. Juan and Marga are exceptional people they treat you more like family than clients the house is very clean and safe and big enough for the 8 people in our party , cannot recommend this property highly enough and the price is good too!!!

My husband and 3 kids( under 7yrs) stayed here for 11 days during our visit to disneyland and surrounds. We found the place an excellent base to visit Disneyland as well as daytrips to San Diego ( 1.5hrs) and Los angeles city ( 1hr) . The place was clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The service was excellent and the owners were only a phone call away. We had a minor glitch with the bathroom and this was promptly rectified. As we have an infant who was sick during the trip, having facilities to wash and dry and a kitchen was a godsend. We would definitely stay here again. So much better than a hotel if you have a family. Very convenient with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. Disneyland a short drive away. With 3 kids, walking was not an option even if we had stayed at one of the closer hotels.

This little Anaheim townhouse was a cosy, new, light and clean place to stay for our week in LA. It was nice to feel like we were staying in a home away from home. Both the owner and agent went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and that nothing was too much trouble for some "little extras" that they arranged effortlessly for the family before and during our stay. We traveled as a party of 6, and there was plenty of room. The neighbours were discrete and the area seemed very safe and was also well situated. Have a great time when you go.
