This newly remodeled, contemporary-styled holiday home features a modern theme and many amenities. The townhouse is ranch-style on a single level with no stairs, very kid-friendly. It is located on Katella Avenue in a resort like community only 2 miles away from Disneyland, and sleeps 7 people in beds and 2 more on a full size futon in the living room.

Newly Remodeled: The ranch style townhouse has been completely remodeled in July 2011. We are now furnishing the townhouse. The townhouse got new floors throughout -- new tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms and cherry wood laminate floors everywhere else. The kitchen has been completely remodeled: features granite counter-tops, new cabinets, new tile floors, new fixtures, and all new stainless steel appliances: full size refrigerator, gas range with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, double bowl sink, garbage disposer (insinkerator), and new exhaust vent. The bathrooms have been updated: new cabinets, sinks, new shower/tub combination, new floor, new toilet bowls, new lighting fixtures and new vents. We have added new electrical and lighting fixtures throughout the townhouse. New high-efficiency front-loading washer and dryer also added.

Community: This townhouse has all the features you need for a relaxing family vacation. Enjoy a relaxing walk through the grounds featuring tropical landscaping, open green spaces and a quiet idyllic quality despite being in the busy city of Anaheim. The townhouse is located inside a gated community that offers additional safety. The community pool is a stone’s throw away from the townhouse and is heated from Memorial day to mid-October. You can also enjoy a friendly game of tennis at the community tennis court. The pool and tennis court are available at no extra charge and the vacation home is stocked with pool toys, beach toys and tennis rackets.

Home: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, eat-in area in kitchen, open living room with cathedral ceiling, dining area, screened in porch facing backyard with seating, and private enclosed backyard. This holiday home has 2 reserved parking spots, of which one is a slot under a carport.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, full closet, study table and attached bathroom with a sink, cabinets, toilet, shower and hair dryer. Second bedroom has a twin bunk bed and twin bed and decorated as a children's bedroom with a Disney theme. This bedroom also has a full closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a 6-chest dresser.
The living room has high cathedral ceiling with dining area, sliding glass doors leading to the porch, gas fire place, a leather sofa, and a futon that easily converts to a full size bed. For entertainment, the living room has a 42'' HD TV (Plasma 1080p), Time Warner cable with movie pass, DVD and CD player.
Kitchen features granite counter-tops, new cabinets, new tiled floors and all new stainless steel appliances: stainless steel full size refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser, stainless steel gas range with oven, stainless steel dishwasher, stainless steel microwave, garbage disposer (Insinkerator), toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and rice cooker.
Screened-in porch and backyard make it perfect to enjoy the beautiful California weather after a fun day out at Disneyland.

To book the unit, we need a $400 security deposit which is fully refundable within 2 weeks following your stay. We accept payment via check, but prefer PayPal (credit card or cash). Full payment (rent) and cleaning fee ($120) is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
