Fun, eclectic, and cozy!

My grandson and I were able to enjoy a few days of his Spring Break in Lisa's little home-away-from-home apartment. The longer we were there, the more we experienced the thoughtful touches she added to make us really comfortable. I really enjoyed seeing new and different bits of Alaskana and vintage Americana throughout the apartment as our stay went on. The bed was really comfortable and the location very quiet, yet super centrally-located to main arterials so we could get quickly to wherever we wanted to go.

Home away from home

Our stay was excellent. Our host was wonderful. Our flight arrived in Anchorage around midnight. She asked what we liked for breakfast, and had the items there waiting for us. No need to shop early the next morning. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen items and lines. She was friendly, yet not infringing on our privacy. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! We highly reccomend this property to anyone.

Wonderful, Easy Stay!

We were very comfortable staying at the Sea Wolf Inn. The atmosphere was not sterile or generic like a hotel room, but warm and inviting. The owner is hospitable and cheery, with thoughtfulness regarding your stay. I recommend staying here because it is affordable but also high quality.

We stayed at the Sea Wolf Inn for one week while visiting Anchorage. The location is very convenient for walking into the city, visiting the museum, walking/biking the coastal trail, etc. Lisa made us feel very welcome and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The Sea Wolf Inn met our needs of a 2 week stay- Lisa was very helpful and we were able to use the laundry and kitchen facilities. We had friends also staying in Anchorage with their son, so we were able to use the outdoor grill and picnic table, and share a meal with Lisa! Great location, close to downtown to walk and get your bearings, if new to Anchorage. We had a great time and were comfy, thanks to all that Lisa provided. So quiet, cozy, calm, & close to everything one could possibly see and do. I like to travel and Lisa is the best host by far. You will not need a car; Lisa has 2 bikes available. One can get around and see most of the area just by walking and taking a frequent bus. Her home is just a five minute walk away from the bus stop and a 15 to 25 minute walk away from downtown. The Seawolf is a DREAM come TRUE. Enjoy the rest of 2010 and have fun!

lisa is a fine host. Downstairs apt is nothing fancy but it is much nicer than anything in anchorage for an equivalent price. Felt all was clean. Internet access. Thanks Lisa!

The apartment is well stocked with conveniences, very clean and comfortable. It is so close to downtown that I walked most of the time. The owner has a vast wealth of knowledge about Anchorage and surrounding cities. She was a great hostess! Overall, my trip of a lifetime was due in part to my stay here!

Just What We Needed

We recently relocated to Anchorage and began our search for a home. We first stayed at a chain hotel during the beginning of our search and then moved into Sea Wolf for the last few days. It was such a needed change. Sea Wolf felt like a home away from home and was a million times more accommodating than the hotel chain. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Wolf Inn and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, affordable stay in the Anchorage area.
