Description of the Anchorage vacation b&b rental

Beautiful B&B in Anchorage, Alaska where you'll be served one of the best breakfasts in Alaska. Families will be very comfortable in spacious rooms will sleep from two to six persons. You'll experience comfortable beds, private baths and warm Alaskan hospitality during the high season(summers only).

Housemate long-term room monthly rental home-share from Sept 1 through April 30. Convenient location to hospitals, University, tourist attractions, airport and downtown, biking & hiking trails. Quiet year-round enjoyment of a beautiful home setting.

Area Information

Alaska House of Jade is located just minutes from many hiking and biking trail heads and is walking distance to the Botanical Gardens. Two hospitals and the University of Alaska, Anchorage are within 5 minutes of the House of Jade. Day trips such as Glacier Cruises, Wildlife Cruises, River Rafting, Kayaking, and Salmon Fishing are conveniently accessible from the House of Jade. The Alaska Native Heritage Center is less than ten minutes from B&B. Denali National Park is a five hour drive and not recommended as a day trip. Great halibut fishing is found in Seward (2 1/2 hours from Anchorage) and Homer (4 1/2 hours from Anchorage). Flight Seeing over Denali is available from Talkeetna (2 hours from Anchorage) and can be done as a day trip if your time constraints do not permit driving to Denali. Come see the beauty of our great state and use Anchorage as your base of operation.
