Description of the Anchorage vacation home rental
The house is nestled on a quiet, u-shaped road, across from a park with a stunning view of the Chugach range from the dining room table.

The house has 4 bedrooms total and 1.5 bathrooms. Three bedrooms in the house with each having a queen bed, a dresser, HBO cable and a TV. The rooms also have ceiling fans. The fourth room is a detached guest room with a king bed, sitting area, microwave, small refrigerator, HBO cable and a flat screen TV. This room is perfect for the grandparents, a couple with a child, or anyone needing a little more privacy away from the rest of the group.

The house is very comfortable with a couch that reclines on both ends and a reclining chair. There is a pub table for the couple that wants to play cards and watch the flat screen TV.

The house offers HBO cable, wireless internet, recorded movies on DVR, DVD player and stereo. The main living room and detached guest room have a DVR to record that tv show that you can't miss.

There is a nice park across the street for a morning jog or sit in the patio area and enjoy your morning coffee.

There is a carport for one car and the driveway will hold two cars side by side. Street parking as well.
Area Information
The house is located 2.5 miles from downtown with a straight shot on the Glenn Hwy. Downtown has the 5th Avenue mall and many quaint, souvenir stores, the museum, Performing Arts Center and many restaurants. Five minutes away is the Northway mall and Tikahtnu center which has a movie theater, Kohl's, Target, Best Buy and Old Navy.

Restaurants in the Tikahtnu Center include Olive Garden, Red Robin, Texas Roadhouse, Firetap, Ihop, Mcdonalds, subway and a few others.
