A beautiful single-family home. Large garage with plenty of parking in driveway and along road. It is two stories, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The yard is not fenced in, but beautiful. Balcony above garage and a little deck in the back.

There are two gas stations down the road, and a video rental. You can see the mountains to the north. There is the Alaska Zoo (about 10-15 minutes away), indoor golf course and the Hilltop skii resort nearby. It is a nice quite neighborhood.
