This beautiful four (4) bedroom, three and a half (3.5) bathroom private resort home is in the quiet neighborhood of Anna Maria. It is a Key West style design with large wrap-around porches upstairs and boardwalks & decks downstairs. The Beach House is just a 5 minute walk to the white sand beaches located on the very northern tip of the Island. From the driveway you can see where the street dead-ends into the Gulf of Mexico. You are also within walking distance to more than a dozen restaurants.

The home has a designer kitchen with granite counter tops. High-speed Internet access is provided with a wireless hub and includes a desktop computer and printer on-site. The upstairs Living Room / Dining area and hallway have beautiful wood floors, with new carpeting in the bedrooms. The Master has a King size bed with a private Bathroom. There is a Queen in the second Master and both Master Bedrooms have French doors that open out onto the upstairs large rear balcony overlooking the pool & backyard. The third upstairs bedroom is also quite spacious and has extra large - thick mattress bunk beds and an Infant Bed that could sleep 3 to 4 children.

The second upstairs bathroom is shared off the hallway. The fourth Bedroom is located downstairs and includes a large Queen-size Murphy bed and another set of regular bunk beds. This bedroom has a private Bathroom as well. Basically, the fourth bedroom alone could accommodate a complete family. The downstairs area includes a Dry Sauna, a Steam Bath, Laundry Room, Office / Computer Work Center, Game Room (with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, electronic dart board), a 50" Plasma TV with surround sound stereo, a fireplace, numerous board games, a ping pong table, and more.

This is a great place for the kids to hang out, as well as for the whole family to enjoy. Outdoor activities include a private heated pool. There is a BBQ grilling area next to a large sun deck. There are fourteen bicycles (of various sizes)provided for riding around the island, there is fishing gear, crocket for the backyard, a large hammock, skim boards, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, a hot & cold outdoor shower, and much more.

Relaxed north end of Anna Maria Island where you won't see high rise condo or hotels. You can relax and relax more in this carefree environment where bicycles are everywhere - the speed limit is 25 and pedestrians are kings. Walk along the white sugar sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico or along the beach and board walks on the Intercostal bays.

You are close to many things to do if beach time is not for you. It's a close 25 minute drive to the heart of Sarasota where there is live theatre, orchestra, opera, comedy shows, art galleries, and museums. Just off Anna Maria Island there are a number of golf coarses, dog races, shopping and movie theaters. Downtown Bradenton hosts comedy, great restaurants, the famous planetarium and new waterfront park. Remember, Tampa is just an hour away and Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and MOSI is there!
