Located at 120 White Ave., Anna Maria Island, FL 34216, this four bedroom two bath home is perfect for extended family stays. Specializing in entertainment, this property features a lovely dining room table that comfortably sits 12. There is a spare table with ample space to seat another 8 in the dining area as well as 4 on the enclosed patio. The home offers (2) flat screen TV 's with DVD players in the bedroom as well as a 46" Plasma Television in the great room. Furthermore the great room includes a DVD player, Bose Surround Sound, and PlayStation II. Wireless internet allows you to check emails or get updates on your favorite sports team any time of the day from your bedroom, pool side or the patio enclosure!

Entertainment is yours outdoors with the exquisite 30 ' by 15 ' patio with roof and full enclosure by screens. Watch folks splashing in the pool from inside the patio enclosure while listening to your outdoor speaker system with remote volume. Relax your cares away poolside while letting the 4' waterfall lull you to sleep on one of four loungers. Mix up your favorite drinks at the outdoor bar supplied with large state-of-the-art stainless steel infrared barbecue grill outfitted with a side burner, refrigerator, stainless steel pull out trash, sink with hot and cold water, outlets for appliances, as well as a 46 quart bench cooler that can store a large volume of cold beverages that the poolside refrigerator may not be able to hold. Four bar-height swivel stools allow you to sit at the bar or the 4-top table provided by the four foot waterfall.

Parking is available for 50 vehicles within 50' of the property as well as extra large lot allows for a tent 40'X20' large. Upon special request this property will accommodate wedding receptions.

Great place, September 29, 2009

This is the third time my group has stayed here and we have loved it everytime. The first 2 times there was a sewer problem, but this last time there was not. The sound system is extremely complicated and the dish washer broke the second time but Island Realty sent someone out immediately each time and all problems were resolved. The pool makes the place. We will be back.

This home was perfect! We had everything we needed and customer service through Island Realty was superb! My only criticism would be that the "sleeps 14" is misleading. The home sleeps 9 on beds. The addtional would have to be on the couch or air mattresses that were provided. The home was so clean and spacious. We had such a wonderful time! We will definitely be back.

The beachhouse was awesome. We have stayed in this same beach house 4 times. We always stay with a couple other families. The little kids think that it belongs to us so it obviously feels like home.
