Description of the Anna Maria Island vacation cottage rental

Charming Chic- In our unique, brightly decorated "Old Florida " cottage, just 1 short block to the beautiful sugar white beach and a new heated pool with lush tropical oasis around it. A large screened lanai overlooks the pool with lots of seating, table and chairs, comfey sofa and love seat. Master bedroom King size, 2nd-Queen size Bed and a full size fulton/sleep sofa,extra plush, for your sleepling accomodations. This is our vacation home, your every vacation need has been provided. Smoking is allowed out on the Lanai,only. After August 1 the rent goes down to $950.00 a week thru October 31 2009. We give discounts for 2 or more weeks. Please call for more info.

Area Description

Anna Maria Island - Bradenton Beach 1 block off Gulf Dr. smallest part of Island 1 block to Beach and 1 block to Bay. Walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping, water sports and activities. Golf courses are very near and one on the Island. Enjoy short day trips to visit popular destination points: Busch Gardens, Disney World, historical St. Armand's Circle, Ringling Brothers Circus Museum, Mote Aquarium, Classic Car Museum just to name a few. A free trolly, just around the corner, will take you all around the Island. The Tampa Airport is about 1 hour away and the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is about 20 minutes. We are very close to Longboat Key, between the Cortez and Manatee draw bridges. Very easy on and off Island.

Required Stay: 1 week Saturday to Saturday
Lodging Tax: 11.5%
Deposits: $500.00 The Performance / Damage Deposit is required to hold your reservation until your arrival and also acts as a damage deposit to be reserved until after your departure. It will be refunded within a week of departure pending a satisfactory inspection of our home. IT IS NOT PART OF THE RENT. There is a 3% charge for credit card use.
Other Fees: There is a 3% fee for credit card use No other Fees

It was a hard decision to make every morning....lounge by the gorgeous pool or the short walk to the beautiful Gulf. The house is adorable. Our family, including the kids loved every minute of it. See you soon Sugar Shack.

Exactly as advertised. Spent Xmas and than rang in the New Year. Kids had to be dragged to the Beach, they were so cozy in the Pool. Very comfortable and restful area and house.

This was the most beautiful place my family and I have stayed at so far on this island.I am really hoping to go back this summer and I recommend this home for any one looking to get away to relax and feel as though they are right at home.The location is great and the home is beautiful and very clean and cozy.The pool area was my favorite.
