Description of the Anna Maria Island vacation home rental

Elevated house short block to the GULF.Beach is beautiful with sugar white sand, incredible sunsets! House is surounded by Flowering bushes and plants. The lower level of the house has an outside partly enclosed garden room. Perfect for relaxation. The house has three bedrooms one can be used as a den. There are 3 decks, one wraps around. Its a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Island and all of it's beauty. There is a trolly stop across the street

Area Description

Anna Maria Island is 5 miles long. The west side of the Island has Gulf Beach. The other side is Tampa Bay on the North East side and Intracoastal Waterway on the East side. It is easy to walk any where. A free Trolly system goes all over the Island and runs every 20 minutes. It connects with a bus to the main land. The beaches are sugary white,the water usually crystal clear. It enjoyed the name of Florida's Secret until a lot of people found out. There is a variety of restaurants and shops . The people are relaxed and friendly. There are public tennis Cts. Basketball Cts. and a skate board park for a small fee.The community center offers activities to all.

Our Stay at Grandma Beach House, April 16, 2008

My family and I had an amazing stay at Grandma Beach House. It is about a 5 min walk to the beach. There is a bottom floor patio which is great for reading or just sitting outside. I would recommend this property to anyone that was coming to Anna Maria Island.

We rented this beach home for 1 week and were very happy with our stay. the home was beautifully cheerful, the walk to the beach was easy and accessible, though small children can not go alone due to crossing a main, fairly busy road. We would return to enjoy this lovely island and beach home.
