This home is elevated 18 feet with raised walkways and separate bedroom pod buildings that affords a lot of privacy and space. It is ideal for families wanting privacy and tranquility. Four separate pod style bedrooms and large living room/kitchen/dining pod all connected by covered walkway that provides you with an outdoor style of living in comfort. Studio apartment availabe as well. Georgous tropical bamboos and rare palms surrounds your tree-house style home. Fresh fruit orchard and basketball court on grounds. Enjoy the luxury of all completely furnished 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath waterfront home. Wireless DSL, Surround Sound TV, DVD, Outdoor barbeque, and a well equipped gourmet kitchen. Separate ground apartment with two beds available for additional fee. Home has 3 separate central air conditioning/heating systems to provide individual comfort for your stay.

Master bedroom pod has large sitting room, large walk in massage shower, ball& claw tub, all within a stones throw of the water. Sliding glass doors offer an expansive water view in all directions. The three other bedroom pods offer queen beds, full baths and a separate mini kitchen in third loft pod. This home comfortably sleeps 10- 18.

Home is located on private island. Use of 24 foot Pontonn boat comes with rental as well as two double kayaks. Local amenities are available, shopping, boating, parasailings, restaurants- boater friendly just next to home, and golf. Disney World is 1 1/2 hours.

November 29, 2012

Our family gathered at this fantastic beach house during Thanksgiving week 2012. We ranged from 4 years to 87 years in age and the house was a perfect fit for everyone. We loved the great sand bar off the beach right in front for wading and shelling. The white sandy beach and the nature walks were relaxing and everyone warmed up in the hot tub at night. We especially enjoyed the dolphins playing in the water as we watched the sunsets every evening. The pontoon boat carried us to local eateries and sightseeing. For those who wanted more action, we rented a wave runner from John (who was available to take care of every request). It was a beautiful spot and we highly recommend it!

this house was so awesome!! it came with everything you could possibly need or want!!! boat,kayaks,you name it..the island is so beautiful and the island is far enough away ..but yet just close enough to everything or anything you would want to do... we loved this house and island and believe this is by far the best place we have ever stayed... the rental agents are great and johnny at crabbys oyster bar was the best... there is a sandbar right out front the house that seems to be the hot spot for locals...it was great to wake up on the water and see all the boats hanging out all around the sandbar...this house is great for anyone, families,friends,etc..very kid friendly..nice little beach outfront for the kids to play in the shallow water...we will definately stay here again and again!!! LOVED IT... and every night the 7 little raccoons came to see us and get goodies from us... the kids loved feeding them from the deck..

My two sister's and our families stayed at the beach house with our Mother to surprise her for her 70th birthday. We had a range of ages from an infant to grade schoolers to teenagers, adults and our Mom. Everyone had a wonderful time. It was a perfect getaway. There was always something for everyone to do and plenty of room and privacy, when that was desired. My Mother, who lives in Sarasota, still calls me giggling about this or that from that weekend and can't stop thanking me for finding this place. Go figure, I'm from Chicago and my Mom and sisters are from Sarasota and I found the perfect place to spend our Mom's birthday less than an hours drive from her house. It was so much fun and clean and equipped with everything one would need and very nicely decorated. I put some pics on web and have many friends inquire about the place. Had a great time, don't think we'll ever be able to top this little vacation! Thanks again, Renae.

AWESOME WATERFRONT VIEWS AND PLENTY ROOM
We stayed here in April and had the best vacation ever. Our days started with fresh oranges from the orchard used to make our mimosa's, then we used the kayaks provided and kayaked over to the Gulf of Mexico. Renae was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of information as to where to go and what to do and she was more than willing to help us at any time. Upon our arrival our rental manager helped us with our groceries and luggage and showed us around the waters and home. The home is very tropical and large with plenty of room and water views from everywhere. I especially enjoyed the Happy Hour Deck where we watched beautiful sunsets and cooked out. The kids played on the private basketball court and collected shells on the sandbar in front of the home. The best part was the proximity of the home to retaurants and other beaches. We we didnt boat out for dinner, we cooked in the gourmet kitchen and large dining room . We will definitely be returning . Thanks for all the great photos and memories we made here. Great DSL and we loved having 3 refridgerators- plenty of room for cold drinks all the time

I had to write and tell you what a WONDERFUL weekend we had. Your place is the most fascinating, tropical, therapeutic "resort" I have ever been too; although I hesitate to use the word "resort" as that sounds so commercial, and Extreme Polynesian Beach House is definitely NOT commercial.

My family members appreciated all of the tropical landscaping, and marveled at how in the world you guys ever got all those specimen palms in there! Not that we were hard up for conversation subject matter, but you wouldn't believe how long we discussed how the house was built including how in the world you would get those telephone poles in there! We all decided we would have enjoyed had you been there to give a personalized tour complete with all of the details of the conception, fabrication, construction and landscaping of Extreme Polynesian Beach House.

Cooking dinner Friday night was one of the most peaceful serene experiences of my life. We had opened the doors all around the living area, and the sunset cast a warm glow thru the entire room. The weather had turned unseasonably cool and the breeze created a steady lap of waves that echoed inside the room, as dolphins frolicked in the bay, and last but not least, good old Frank reverberated from the surround sound... It was awesome!

We are so fortunate that you share your little island paradise with others. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed your family photo album in the master bedroom. I have attached a few pictures my family's weekend "adventure". I am the one in the kitchen pic with curly blond hair.
