Description of the Anna Maria Island vacation townhouse rental

Gulf View Townhouse, Unit 2, has a heated swimming pool, covered parking for two cars. Nestled on a short dead end street adjacent to a lineal park, walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This residence is completely furnished with a washer and dryer. It has a open floor plan and a pastel color scheme which is restful as well as functional. Also includes linens, towels, dishes and pot & pans, etc.You will enjoy the white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.
There is a 4 night minimum to stay, in off season which is May, Sept through November.

Area Information

There are restaurants, grocery store, little shopping mall, white sandy beaches, drug store, hardware store and souvenir stores which all are in walking distance. You can walk to the beach in the evenings and see beautiful sunsets. There is also a Trolley that will take you on a tour of the Island which is FREE. There are plenty of things to do or you can just sit back and enjoy the Island.

Beautiful cottage on a quiet street

The cottage far exceeded our expectations The .Holmes Beach is a popular resort area and I was expecting traffic ti-ups, tacky tourist traps, etc. I was happy to find that it is the same idyllic resort area I loved years ago. It was very easy to get around. The cottage appeared to be newly decorated with new kitchen appliances, cooking implements, table ware, etc. Our visit was delightful; we have reservations for 2015.

Best vacation ever!

This was our first trip (definitely NOT our last!) to AMI. The condo was newly redecorated/ updated and beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for the week. It's like being at home...just add groceries. Publix is just behind and two streets back. The beds are comfy and everything is clean! There is a locker by the entrance with beach chairs, umbrella and some toys. Nice! At first I was bummed about not being on the beach, but we were just a short walk away! The island is beautiful and the locals are welcoming! We loved the white sand beach and it wasn't crowded at all! Plenty of pretty sea shells, too! I can't say enough wonderful things about AMI or the condo at Gulf View! Rick Bond was very accessible and friendly. The whole process from rental to check-in was easy. Thanks, Rick! It's a laid back atmosphere there. Just what we needed. No one wanted to leave at the end of our stay! Looking forward to our next trip!

Fabulous Vacation

I stayed here with my wife and daughter for a week at the end of November, the unit is newly refurbished and is really nicely decorated, the location is first class with a really short walk to the beach and also to Publix and resteraunts, would not hesitate to go back or to recommend
