This 3 bedroom, 2 -1/2 bath townhouse is just 50 steps to white, sandy beaches. Our home is located just 1 house away from the sand. There are NO streets to cross! Enjoy your morning coffee on the enclosed porch while listing to the waves on the shore! The kitchen has everything you would need, including all new appliances. We also provide a toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pan and dishware. Enjoy fabulous sunsets overlooking the Gulf on the top floor deck. Plenty of outdoor seating provided.

A storage closet in the garage has everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool including chairs, tents, toys and rafts! Everything you need for your vacation is right here. Linens as well as beach towels are provided for a stress free vacation!

Area Information

Located just two miles from the tip of the island, you can walk or take the trolley to fabulous souvenir shops and restaurants. Plan a day excursion on one of the many sightseeing or fishing trips offered on and around the island! Whether you want to have some extreme fun at a nearby theme park or just relax on some of the most beautiful golf courses in the country, there is something for everyone. You can also find swimming, snorkeling, diving, jet skiing, boating, sailing, biking, and many other activities on the island to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Ladies weekend

May 3, 2013

This last weekend was our 11th Annual Ladies Weekend; our second time at "My Little Bit of Paradise". Eight family members and close friends (age range of late 20's to 60's) spent an absolutely amazing time here. Very easy to get to; we parked our cars and used the free trolley for all our transportation. Everyone loved the decor; it's inviting and definitely adds to the experience. You feel at home as soon as you walk up to the door. A short walk around the corner gets you to the to the beach for swimming and the most gorgeous sunsets. Lazing in the pool couldn't be beat either. A person can't ask for much more. Lots of room to lounge around and plenty of sleeping room with all bedding provided. Not only is the kitchen equipped, but the house has loads of beach things including an umbrella, plenty of chairs; even a wagon to haul stuff to the beach. You really don't have to bring anything but yourself, clothes, a toothbrush and some food to put in the fridge. If anyone has occasion to bring children, there are plenty of items for the younger crowd as well. There really isn't much Robin hasn't thought of to make her guests feel comfortable. Our only glitch was not being able to get the wi-fi working to get homework done. As far as we're concerned, we will return in the future. "My Little Bit of Paradise" ROCKS!

Sandmen, no snowmen here...

January 3, 2013

Building sandmen instead of snowmen this year was GREAT. This home fit my family perfect. Everyone had there "own space!" Three adults, three teens, and two children. Each person could do what they like to do. Walk the beach, swim in heated pool, surf the net, view movies off cable, or ride the FREE trolley to tour the Island. Some day soon, we will be returning for more.

A true paradise retreat

After renting many beach rentals I must say that this was the best ever. This house is roomy and well equipped with everything a family needs for a fun time. There is a bed and a high chair for babies as well as games and beach toys for all ages. The secluded pool along the side of the house gives you all the privacy you want and includes table and chairs for pool side dining. Also, there is a wonderful screened in lanai off the living room for additional dining as well as a spacious dining room. The big kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make at home meals. The view from the master bedroom is breath taking anytime of the day or night. The only draw back is it is located on a somewhat busy street. But there is no crossing this street to reach the near by beach which is just steps from the front door. This house has a fire place for quiet evenings and televisions in all the bedrooms plus the living room. This house is well stocked with everything you will need for a great time. The grocery store and restaurants are minutes away. I would recommend this beach house to all my friends.

Nice house, poor customer service from realty

The home is very nice and in spite of being a bit too close to the main road for our liking, it was surprisingly quiet. Well provided with ample linens, dishware and pots and pans, important for us as we cook a lot. The realty company in charge is another story as they were most unpleasant to work with. The gas tank in the barbeque was empty (go get it yourselves, we'll refund); there is no dustpan in the house (we have plenty at the office, come get it). It doesn't sound too bad, but the tone and attitude left me seething everytime, thus the 4 stars.
