Description of the Apollo Beach vacation home rental
We have three bedrooms, two baths, two car garage, and a huge lanai with a heated pool. Most of the rooms in the house (even the kitchen) have sliding glass doors which lead to the pool area and offer relaxing views of the water. We have 160' of waterfront with a large dock. This is a non-smoking home.
Our home has water views from almost every room. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Swim in our 8ft deep heated pool or just enjoy our 61' screened in lanai over looking the water. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, walk in closet, ceiling fan, private bath, TV, and a private entrance to the pool area. Bedroom two has a King bed with a private entrance to the pool. The last bedroom has a Queen bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have ceiling fans. The leather couch folds out for extra sleeping space.
There is a fully equipped kitchen. We provide linens, towels, beach towels, pool toys, folding chairs, puzzles, books, and games for you to enjoy. We provide a full sized washer and dryer.
Area Information
beach, 30 min. from Busch Gardens, and 1 hour from Orlando.
Shopping, movies, and a large selection of restaurants are just 10-15 min. away. If you choose to remain in the area, you can find fabulous food and harbor side dining at Circles, our favorite waterfront indoor/outdoor dining spot in Apollo Beach.

Everything you could need

Our extended family stayed at this beautiful house for Easter week rhis year. Our grandkids loved the close proximity to manatee viewing and the guys loved the fishing off the dock and from our boat. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for all. The house is very clean and the pool was warm in spite of the cold month just ended. Thanks for a great week.

We loved the views, the canal, the sunrises and sunsets. The house was cozy and really set up for our family gathering. The only downside at all was the heated pool that didn't heat. We were told it would take a day or two, but the heater never did stay on... so we had to leave without ever having a chance to enjoy the pool. Our kids were very disappointed in that. We did get to see the dolphins swim through...and at night the boats would come through to show off their Christmas lights. All in All...it's a very nice, quiet, great place to reconnect with family and unwind. We would stay there again if we go back to that area again.

I am glad you guys had a good time even though there were issues with the pool staying warm. It is hard to warm it up if the evening temperatures are cool. If you are able to visit again just let us know you want the pool heater on in advance and we will turn it on a few days before you arrive. We love the Christmas boat parade that comes down our canal. It's really a special event for Apollo Beach.

The house and all amenities were wonderful. Plenty of space for eight - we had two families of four stay. The pool was a nice size for the kids, both young and old. We were lucky enough to see a manatee and two dolphins cruise through the bay from the dock. The kayak provided was a great addition for us. And we loved eating on the screened in porch by the pool. There was plenty of cookware, dinnerware, silverware... Towels & linens... We were very thankful for the washer & dryer as well. The location of the house worked well for us - centrally located if you will. A day at Universal Studios, a day at Busch Gardens, and a day at Fort de Soto Park mingled in with pool & relaxation days filled up our week without a problem. Jodi has taken very good care of this property. We would stay again if we were to return to Tampa for vacation!

With the exception of the house key not being where it was supposed to be, we had a stress free vacation. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything we needed was at our finger tips. The view on the canal was so wonderful, we saw dolphins, sting rays and lots and lots of fish. The sunrises and sunsets were incredible. We already have decided we will stay here again next year. No complaints what so ever.. it was a great relaxing week.

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cette merveilleuse villa à Appolo Beach. Toute la famille a été enchantée par ces quelques jours au bord de l'eau. La villa est très spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Elle est proche de nombreux endroits touristiques que l'on peut découvrir facilement en voiture (Orlando n'est pas très loin). La piscine est très grande et bien entretenue, les enfants ont adoré. La villa est très tranquille, sans vis-à-vis proche et nous avons même eu la chance de voir passer des lamantins et des dauphins ! Merci beaucoup à Jodi pour son aide et sa gentillesse. Wondeful stay. Especially recommended for a family with kids. I really would like to come again !

Shared this lovely home with my brother, Dennis and my sister-in-law, Lynn for a week. We had a great time. Perfect for 2 couples as bedrooms are on opposite ends. We got to see dolphins and mantee right off the dock. Pool was wonderful. Nice depth! Best house we have rented in the past 6 years in FL!!! Definitely a return next year. We had a super nice time. We stayed in the Riverview Home. It was beautiful, relaxing, comfy, lots of room and space. The lania area was nice and roomy. The children loved the pool. This is the third year we've rented homes in Florida. It was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. We did see dolphins and a manatee in the canal during our stay. Jodi was very accomodating and easy to work with. Hope to return and would definitely rent this home again.

Fishing Fun at Apollo Beach

The accommodations at the house were wonderful. Keeping our boat in the water all week was great for morning and evening fishing, then a cool dip in the pool for the warm afternoons. The windows and doors opened to the lanai and pool area and we spent most of our time there. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but the power plant down the street was not the prettiest site. We had a WONDERFUL week and think renting a comfortable house is the way to go for our future vacations.
