Description of the Apollo Beach vacation home rental

Experience Florida at its best! Apollo Beach is a quiet waterfront community where the locals love to relax and watch the sunsets.

We have three bedrooms, two baths, two car garage, and a huge lanai with a heated pool. Most of the rooms in the house (even the kitchen) have sliding glass doors which lead to the pool area and offer relaxing views of the water. We have 160' of waterfront with a large dock. This is a non-smoking home.

Our home has water views from almost every room. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Swim in our 8ft deep heated pool or just enjoy our 61' screened in lanai over looking the water. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, walk in closet, private bath, TV, and a private entrance to the pool area. Bedroom two has a King bed with a private entrance to the pool. The last bedroom has a Queen bed.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The leather couch and futon fold out for extra sleeping space.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dish soap, dishwashing detergent, and coffee filters. We provide linens, towels, beach towels, pool toys, folding chairs, puzzles, books, and games for you to enjoy. We provide a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, and fabric softener.

Area Description

We are located just a few minutes from I-75, 10 min from a
beach, 30 min. from Busch Gardens, and 1 to 1 § hours from Orlando.
Shopping, movies, and a large selection of restaurants are just 10-15 min. away. If you choose to remain in the area, you can find fabulous food and harbor side dining at Circles, our favorite waterfront indoor/outdoor dining spot in Apollo Beach.

Deposits: $300 refundable security/damage deposit which is returned within 30 days of your stay if everything is left the same and undamaged and no charges have been made. Smoking inside the house will lead to losing your security/damage deposit.
Other Fees: Cleaning fee $80. This is charged separately so you don't have to pay the tax on it.

We loved it the house was great, pet friendly. We loved the canal with the boats going by was the best. We had our seadoos at the dock all week, just hop on and go. Jodi; we want it for another week in June.

We stayed in the Riverview Home. It was beautiful, relaxing, comfy, lots of room and space. The lania area was nice and roomy. The children loved the pool. This house had everything a home needed to make us very welcome and pleased. I would come back to it if needed be. I would recommend this home. Thank you for renting your home to us for vacation.

This is the third year we've rented homes in Florida. It was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. We did see dolphins and a manatee in the canal during our stay. Jodi was very accomodating and easy to work with. Hope to return and would definitely rent this home again.

Fishing Fun at Apollo Beach, May 23, 2008

The accommodations at the house were wonderful. Keeping our boat in the water all week was great for morning and evening fishing, then a cool dip in the pool for the warm afternoons. The windows and doors opened to the lanai and pool area and we spent most of our time there. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but the power plant down the street was not the prettiest site. We had a WONDERFUL week and think renting a comfortable house is the way to go for our future vacations.
