Description of the Apollo Beach vacation home rental
This 2000 sq/ft home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, and family room. You can see the water from every room including the kitchen. The screened-in lanai is 12' X 35' and provides a great place to lounge and view the water. We have just completed a "face lift" of the house inside and out so everything looks like new. There are ceiling fans in the family room, dining room, lanai, kitchen, and each bedroom. All amenities are included such as high speed wireless internet, cable TV, appliances, dishes, linens, etc. All you need to bring are your personal items.
The large dock on a deep-water canal will accommodate your 50' yacht and the lift will handle your fishing boat. There are no bridges to the Gulf of Mexico and the fishing is the best in the Tampa area. Our next-door neighbor is a fishing guide and he will take you to the best spots in Tampa Bay.

Dec 2011 to March 2012 Stay

We enjoyed very much our stay at this house. It was really our first long term Florida vacation. The water was nearby and the house opened to the lanai for the true Florida feel.

Nice house-Great Location
May 10, 2010
We stayed Jan thru April & loved the house and the location. The house sits on a canal which feeds into Tampa Bay--great for fishing.
