It is on a main channel of Tampa Bay and we can put you in touch with an individual that rents his pontoon boat at $150/day. Manatees and Dolphins often visit our waters.

Description of the Apollo Beach vacation home rental
It has 4 sets of sliders opening onto lanai, pool, large dock and wide waterview. 2 of the bedrooms also have french doors that open onto the pool deck and waterfront. Master bedroom is a king suite with large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The home is great for cooking out and socializing. The fishing is great. The home has a king, a queen, twin, 2 full and bunk twin, along with a queen air bed. (Additional arrangements can be made.)
The home has a full kitchen with granite counters and washer and dryer available.

Area Information
We are a very safe quiet family neighborhood where people don't worry about locking doors. We are located within 15 minutes of 5 golf courses. The fishing is fantastic. Kayakers love the rivers and the bay. It is a great getaway location.
I can also give you pontoon boat rental information at very reasonable prices. Book the whole week for as little as $110/day.

The house was immaculate and was fully equipped with EVERYTHING you could imagine you might need. The pool and lanai were well-used over our two-week stay not only by our adult kids, but by my husband and myself too! Nichole was incredibly attentive to our every need and had great information on local places to go. Her husband, Bob, is a realtor who helped us find and purchase a vacation home in the area. Talk about total service! Thanks, you guys, for all your attention to detail! We can't wait to get back to the area.

what makes a vacation? everything,you will remember every detail about it.so, lets start out with a great place to stay. this house has a perfect design for vacations and gatherings.the kitchen is smack in the middle of the place.the rest of the rooms wrap 360 degrees around like a donut.this design makes for open viewing and a lot of partying and mixing.from the kitchen, you get an open view to the back yard with a super pool and lots of water action in the bay. go swimming,go fishing,go get a tan in the beautiful Apollo beach weather. and when you're day is done,go to sleep in one of the great bedrooms. the beds and pillows are just like yours at home.(hard to find good vacation bedding) and lastly, you can rely on owner nichole for info on everything from beaches to restaurants. she will check in with you, to make sure you have all your needs.i'm giving this property a 5 star rating for all it offers.do yourself a favor and try nichole's place with a few people,you'll love it. ron r. We picked this place to be near our family who live in the area and were very happy with our choice. The house was wonderful. Well equipped and very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the layout of the house was great with the bedrooms leading out to the pool. The large screen TV was great and the kitchen had everything you needed. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Would definitely book this place again.

The house was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and the pool was great fun for the family. The location was great with the beaches about 35 minutes away and Orlando 1 hr. Property Manager Nicole was helpful and friendly. Will stay there again!

First Time Florida Home Rental

This was the first time my family has rented a home for our vacation as opposed to renting a hotel room. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We entertained out by the pool, played cards by the pool and sometimes actually swam in the pool. The house is in a very nice neighborhood - we made friends with the people across the street. I would definitely come back to this property. My one suggestion would be to change the heating system for the pool so that it can be heated for 24 hours as many nights the pool would get cold and we couldn't enjoy it.

Thank you so much for your feedback. It is crucial to get such feed back in order to make decisions for updates. We try to make decisions for the property that allow us to keep the property priced at under $200/night for the family budget and still have some nice amenities. We will definately consider a gas or electric heater for the future and possibly have a separate price for heating the pool a certain # of nights. Most of our clients thus far, need the budget to stay affordable for relatives to get together and enjoy. I will do my best to make all of our clients happy.

Best Vacation Ever

My family has just returned from the best vacation we have ever had. This house is awsome. It's very good for a large family. The owner was very flexible and accomodating to our special guests (which we appreciate more than they know). The leasing agent Nicole was was very helpful in providing maps and directions to attractions . We enjoyed fishing from the dock every day. My husband and his family are from Chile. Everyone in the family caught big fish. They will have stories to tell the rest of their lives. When we were not fishing we were enjoying the beautiful swimming pool. This house was the ultimate in relaxation. We can't wait until next year to go again.

The house couldn't have been more perfect if i would have designed it myself....the floor plan was extremely accommodating to our wheelchair bound daughter which made our vacation all worth the trip. Our only disappointment was that the weather rained and cooled off the pool and the pool wasn't heated so our daughter couldn't enjoy a swim but that was the only problem we had....great house otherwise!!

We only stayed for two nights during the 4th of July weekend, with two families. The weather was unusually rainy all weekend, so that was a bummer but the house was great! So open for entertaining (we had quite a few guests in), fully equipped, lots of space for everyone. It was very clean and the kids didn't let the rain stop them from enjoying the pool. Nice dock with a boat lift, we had friends bring their sailboat in and also did some canoeing. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint and the people are friendly. Huge lanai, lots of living space, the teenagers "hung out" in the huge living room with tv and played games, while the adults parked on the huge lanai. Would definitely stay there again!

Rented this property to provide housing for our family while attending a wedding. The property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Roomy, well equipped, and lots of space to relax and visit with out-of-town relatives.
