Everything we could ask for

Our extended family of 10 stayed here for Easter week 2013. We had a great time. Everything was spotless, the pool was nice, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The dock was very convienient and the manatees were out in force at the park. Definately reccomend this house to large families.

The house was immaculate,much bigger than the pictures show,the kitchen was huge and accomodating,the pool was excellent so was the outdoor kitchen,bathroom off the pool,screened in enclosure,we spent all our time entertaining and enjoying the pool,all the bathrooms were clean,we had an excellent choice of tv channels both in the master bedroom and living room plus out by the pool!!!Nichole was excellent and took care of everything,never had any issues with anything,we will defenitely be back,the apollo beach area is excellent,lots of restaurants and nice grocery stores to choose from,close to the beach and not far from any of the parks,this house is on a quiet dead end street so we slept peacefully,i would recommend this house to everyone!

Great Location Great Vacation

My wife and I and our 10 month old son recently returned from renting this wonderful house and we had a great time. We were so happy we chose this house and although it could easily accommodate a lot more people we loved having all the extra room. The location was great for us to go to the Lowery Zoo, the Tampa Aquarium, shopping and over to St Pete's Beach etc. There were lots of excellent restaurants close by, as well as supermarkets to shop at to pick up some stuff to bbq as we did on a few nights. The owner Nichole was great. She provided us with a map of the area, showing all the attractions and the wide variety of great restaurants in the area. When I needed a pump to blow up a little boat for my son to float around the pool in, she quickly dropped one off for us. Overall it was perfect for us, the house, the pool, the bbq, the location we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you Nichole for allowing us to rent your beautiful house. We had a great time, despite the uncooperative weather for most of the week. If we end up vacationing in the area again, I would not hesitate to rent this house. Thanks Nichole! The best vacation ever!!!

Even though it was just my husband and I, it was a perfect home for us. The location in Apollo Beach is great. We were looking for quiet and relaxation and we got it there. Having our own pool was a vacation in itself. However, the house was great too. Very clean, kitchen was very accomodating and had lots of room. I liked having the little extras that we didn't have to buy ourselves. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were great especially having one that went right to the pool. Also being able to take my morning walks safely on sidewalks down the main road from the house was a huge bonus. It is an excellent choice for one couple or three, or to bring a family, which is what we will do next time. Some of our favorites in the area were the Mama Iguana, The Sweetbay Grocery, Sava Cafe, and the best of all was Yanagi Cuisine. It was the very best sushi and service you will ever have. We went there twice. He really made you feel at home and the food was amazing. Of course, we did things other than eating. Did a tour at Yuengling Brewery in Tampa, Hit the beaches in Sarasota - Manattee Beach, Venice, and Siesta Key. They also have great places to eat and shop there. Lastly, I would like to thank Nicole for recommending the Sunset Grille in Ruskin and the guidance in my walking to the nature park only a couple miles away. I got to see manatees at both places. So cool! Thanks for assisting with a wonderful vacation Nicole. We will be back!!!

We just came back yesterday and I really wanted to share my reviews! Great location, very close to everything you may need. This house is truly a GEM! It is spacious, very comfortable and clean! Pictures do not do justice, house is much bigger! It was 8 of us and we were very comfortable! Three good size separate bedrooms, living room, huge dinning room and of course beautiful backyard. Pool area is huge and pool itself is a great size and very clean and inviting! Some days we even did not want to go to the beach, but stayed at home by the pool. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need! My husband and son did fish off the dock almost every evening just for fun, and easily were able to catch great size cat fish! Bush Gardens is only 35 min away, Dali museum in St. Petersburg also 40 min away and it was great place to visit! We loved our "Friday night" dinner at the local restaurant/pub "Docks" it was all you can eat "crab legs" night! Cannot say enough how we enjoyed our week stay at your house! I wish we could stay 2 weeks! Nichole - Thank you very very much! Hope to visit you again soon!

This house was wonderful to stay at and in a very nice neighborhood. My kids enjoyed fishing, as the house has fishing poles and of course, utilized the pool everyday. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I would check the home before you go to the store for supplies you need, as it has a lot of your daily needs already there. Don't hesitate to stay here :) We will definitely stay there again if we visit Florida.

The house was perfect for us! WE had 6-8 people and 1 dog and the accommodations were terrific for everyone. It was very convenient to have the heated pool right there because my kids were constantly swimming! When we had a concern or a question, Jodi was very easy to contact and took care of it right away. Tremendously spacious house with fabulous, up-to-date kitchen and gas grill on the patio. We loved lounging by the pool and fishing off the dock. Quiet, friendly suburban neighborhood with all the necessities close by. Nichole was speedily responsive to our queries and concerns. We look forward to returning next year.

Place is in great shape with an excellent kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. Plenty of room to stretch out and have family time. Shopping was close and we were able to get to Orlando in about an hour or so and to the TPA airport in 40 minutes. we will be back as the attention to detail and overall experience was great.

This "Waterfront Dock Pool Home" exceeded all our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. It is far,far nicer. It was clean and well maintained. The pool was crystal clean and we spent a lot of time outside swimming and relaxing by it. I would highly recommend this property to families looking for a house property close to beaches and a lot of Florida attractions. It met all our needs, and I would certainly rent it again. It was also great having a fabulous kitchen, and plenty of space for our family to sprawl out with all of our stuff!

Far exceeded my expectations

This place was so nice and the person that took care of us was very helpful and only a phone call away. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy some fun, family time. We were visiting family in Riverview so it was very close to them and only an hour and half from some of the attractions in Orlando. Again very awesome! The pool was wonderful and the kitchen was great for cooking and saving some money! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful! The totally upscale interior and amenities were well beyond our highest expectations. The fully appointed kitchen is well beyond anything you would expect to see and created a bad case of "kitchen envy" for me. Not to be overshadowed by the kitchen, the outside pool barbecue was amazing. The four burner stainless steel grill was complemented by the adjacent outdoor kitchen which was totally unexpected. We had a great time cooking up grilled delights which were very budget friendly. The fully screened outside pool was sparkling clean and provided a comfortable environment to splash around or relax poolside. The location allowed us quick access to the glorious St Pete Beaches and a reasonable drive to the Kennedy Space Center (attention parents with kids - most highly recommended). Nearby shopping provided for all of our needs. If you select this house for your vacation, it will more than exceed your highest expectations.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood! The home is very clean and comfortable and stores are close by so it is easy to purchase groceries and cook at home. We drove out to SeaWorld one day. The trip was a little over an hour and very easy. The other days we went to Bush Gardens and relaxed by the pool. If going to more than one park, be sure to look into the discounts that are available. The community here is so nice and the people are wonderful. We'll be back!

This was a wonderful house in an extremely pleasant and VERY quiet neighbourhood. We had a great time staying here, the price was right, and the amenities were right up our alley (full cable TV, free wireless Internet, and gas grill (be sure to ask if the propane tank is full). Big bright newly renovated kitchen with everything you’d need on a vacation - we stocked the fridge and kept our dinning out costs low. Lots of beds for large groups and tiled floors for easy clean up if you have kids. The pool (unheated) was chilly, but a pleasure to lounge around especially with the giant screen enclosure (no bugs what so ever) last but not least was the property manager – she was treat to deal with, very accommodating and also a resident of the Apollo Beach community... true value for the money!
