Description of the Apollo Beach vacation home rental

Experience beautiful west coast Florida sunsets. Apollo Beach is a quiet waterfront community on the south end of Tampa Bay. This home is directly on a salt water canal with a floating dock for fishing or boat parking. You can access by boat Tampa Bay quickly and easily, less than 5 minutes to a gorgeous sunset. You can bring your boat. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a huge lanai, a heated pool and tiki bar. The house is a split floor plan, with 1 King, and 2 Queens, plus additional sofa for sleeping. The entire back of the house opens up to the screened lanai with retractable sliding doors. The lanai has a 6 pc dining table, bar table at the kitchen window and a wrap around sofa. The pool and deck are open to the sunshine, no cover. Enjoy oranges and grapefruit straight from the tree. You can expect all of the comforts of home, including, 2 TVs, wireless internet, gas grill, kitchen essentials, and linens. The tiki bar is perfect for dining or relaxing. Available for weekly or monthly rental beginnig Nov. 26, 2011.

Area Information

Apollo Beach is located directly on Tampa Bay about 12 south of downtown. It is less than 3 miles off I-75, 10 min. from a beach, 30 min. from Busch Gardens and 1 hour from Orlando. The town boasts a public golf course, a dog park, manatee viewing center and world class waterfront dining at Circles. A larger selection of entertainment, shopping and dining are just 10-15 minutes away inlcuding outlets and ice skating.

The neighorhood is known as Bal Harbor and every home is on the water. A boat ramp is less than a mile from the home. Tampa and St. Petersburg are a quick boat ride away.

Perfect Vacation House

We enjoyed this vacation house so much! Pool was perfect for the children. Very spacious,clean, and comfy. We had a few complications but the home owners are by far Honest and fair. We appreciate everything about this vacation!! thanks for the memories and the fact that their are still good people in this world. We look forward to returning with a smaller group.5 stars on the house and 5 for the owners as well!!!!

We spent in this house one great week. The house is exactly as on the pictures and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is great and it has a safe fence (important for people with younger kids). We will recommend this place to all our friends. Best wishes for the owners!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was just right for our needs - plenty of room for family to visit and the layout offered everyone some privacy. The pool area and lanai are perfect and allowed us to really enjoy the good weather. The owners were great to deal with, helpful and very nice people.
