Description of the Apollo Beach vacation villa rental

Spacious, sunny coastal living by a deep sailing boat canal. Gorgeus saltwater heated pool near tennis, beaches and golf. The house is very comfortable, you can enjoy eating in the shade and have sun all day in the pool area. It is a wonderful outdoor living! The neighbourhood is very nice and calm, so I am sure everybody will be happy with the stay!!!
For the one who loves boating, there is possibility to use the boat.

Area Information

Golf, Tennis and supermarket are just down the road. Circle restaurant by the marina is a perfect destination if you like to have a small trip with the boat (or 2 min by car) for having a beer or something to eat. Little Harbour around the corner with the boat or 10 min by car offer you a white beach, tikibar and watersport rentals.
Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are about 40 minutes away. Disney and Universal Studios are about 90 minutes away. In Tampa you find the aquarium, Channelside with plenty of restaurants and bars and Ybor City if you want to enjoy longer nights.

Good stay

My family and I are arrived on Feb 1/2012. We booked the house for 9 days. House is very specious. It has been updated recently but still needs more work. Kitchen is original. It's not fully stocked. Some kitchen gadgets were not available. Bathrooms are nice size. New floors which are very nice, but needs more updating. Bedrooms are good size..Kids room is huge lots of room for them to play and relax in. Living room is a good size. Specious with a good couch to relax on. Outdoor living space is the best part of the house. Great eating bar that opens up to the pool. Pool is great. Awesome size and still lots of room to play and relax. House has a nice deck that you can relax on and fish. Overall house is good. It has a great location. Close to shopping, attractions and etc. Owners were very helpful and friendly.

We had our dream vacation to Florida where we wanted to be able to be close enough to Disney for the kids but also have some down time and enjoy the other wonderful aspects of Florida. This home is open and comfortable with a great outdoors and perfect for a family. The kids lived in the pool and we got to see dolphins swim pass nearly every day. That was amazing. The best part of this home for us was that we got to use a boat and the owners of the home take you out for tours and a small fishing trip which again the kids thought amazing and we BBQ fresh fish for dinner. We hope to come again in a few years and we will rent this lovely vacation home again.

Our swedish family lived in this villa for 10 days. I want to tell everybody that the house as well as the enviroment where fantastic! We had the pool and the sea just beside us and it didn´t take long before we found several golf courses. The quality of these golfcourses was very good and the nature around them was just beutiful. Next year we'll come back, because this vaccation was one of the best ever!
