Plenty of room with 15 ft. ceilings throughout. Huge well-stocked kitchen made preparing a dinner for eight very easy. Master bedroom's bathroom with Jacuzzi was very elegant - my wife enjoyed the big choice of soaps and lotions. Nice neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks. Charles, the owner, was very attentive, regularly checking to make sure everything was satisfactory. Lost a star because the pool heat didn't work, making the pool too chilly to use, but he volunteered to refund the money for the pool package and vowed to replace the balky solar heater with a heat pump. 10 minutes from two major grocery stores and a pharmacy.

A group of us stayed at this residence the last week of August. The house has all the convenience of home and is in a great neighbourhood. As our week progressed we were amazed at the conveniences we found in the home. In addition, the owner is a really great host and was always only a phone call away. Even minor requests were dealt with efficiently. Here is an example - we were trying to print our boarding passes and realised the printer wasn't working even though it was working when we arrived. We called Charles to let him know that the printer wasn't working - just a heads up - his response: the printer is old and maybe needs replacing - within 2 hours Charles had someone deliver a new printer!!! If you are looking for a vacation rental in this area I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property.... this home should be your #1 choice!!!

We have rented vacation homes in the past and have been very happy with them but we now have found the house we will always come back too.The first thing you will notice is the beautifully landscaped and kept yard. Once you enter the house you notice a pleasent smelling , tastefully decorated home that welcomes you in. The owners went out of there way to provide everything we needed so we could enjoy our time in Florida.My mother loved the gardens and even got to read up on the plants in the yard because the home also had a small library as well as a very well stocked libary of DVD's. Coming home to the house after a long day, we could relax watching a movie or taking a swim in the picture perfect pool.The newly completed Hwy 429 took us right to disney.We loved the house and the way we were treated!(we really felt at home).We are planning another stay in this home and will not be looking at any other vacation homes.Thank you Charles and Nina for making this vacation perfect!

We stayed in the home for one month in June and really enjoyed the home. The home theater is great with sound that really moves you. The house is large and everyone had their own space. The office has a work area enough for 3 people to comfortably to work at the same time. We all gathered in the family room every evening, which was big enough to fit all of us. If you're looking for a really nice play to work or play while on vacation, this home would be an excellent choice.

Our 3 weeks Stay at this house was a remarkable experience, It makes vaccationing feels like staying at home away from home. Beautiful house in a quiet community. We had all the luxury of a 5 star hotel and more... Kitchen, private pool, media room with surround system and NO daily parking charges. We will never stay in a hotel anymore if we can help it. What you get for your money is NOT comparable.

Upon arrival, our initial impression of this property was a pleasant one as we were instantly captivated by the home’s elegant exterior and well-manicured landscaping. Inside, we found it inviting, spacious, comfortable, and tastefully and generously decorated. The place was very bright as an abundance of windows took full advantage of the beautiful Florida sunlight. The inside pool adjoining the living room provided relaxation during the day and offered a very romantic feel at dusk, gazing out over the beam-lit indigo waters while curling up on the couch. It is definitely a must-see and a must-experience. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to others seeking to retreat to a cozy Florida hideaway.
