• Deposits: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at time of booking confirmation. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent and is expected within five(5)days of booking confirmation. If arrival date is within ten (10) days of booking confirmation date, then the entire amount is due within five (5) days of booking confirmation.The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due seven (7) days prior to arrival date.
   
• Other Fees: There is a $300 service fee for cleaning and sundries. The maximum number of guest is limited to 8 persons. There is a damage/security deposit of $400 which is fully refundable within seven (7) days of departure, provided all provisions in the agreement are met.

 Excellent Choice, April 10, 2008

We rented this home for five nights when we came to our son’s wedding. This is our first time renting a vacation home. We always stayed in hotels…what a difference!!! Everything exceeded our expectations…quiet, beautiful neighborhood and the layout of the house was perfect for the two families. With two king-sized suites, both open up to the lanai. Our two families had their separate quarters, and there was so much space we did not get in each others way. We were especially pleased with the way everything was in place, and all the bed and bath linen were snow white and clean. It was also refreshing to have fresh cut flowers when we checked in. We felt as if we never left home, everything was available to us in the home. The owner was very accommodating, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything before she left. Needless to say…we have reserved a spot for next year…no more hotels for us. Thanks Evett, see you next year.
