Located on the North Fork in the middle of Wine Country, comes with 2 man Kayak and Sun-fish Sail boat, this family Ranch style beach house with water view is just 100 yards from long sandy private beach. Spacious grounds. Gated private beach entrance. Panoramic views of Peconic Bay. Guaranteed picture perfect sunsets. House on dead end block so the children can play safe.

We just bought new comfortable furniture for the house, new linens and new beds. We also installed a new main ceramic/marble bathroom. Wall to wall, full kitchen utensils, Wood burning stove, New efficient heating/cooling system, Safe - clean -comfortable. House with sunny rear deck and electric awning. Wicker deck chairs provided for a relaxing barbecue. Spacious grounds with lawn. Ground keeper. Town garbage and snow removal, Washer/dryer.House comes with two man kayak, Sun-fish sail boat, rubber raft, and, of course - life jackets.

Walk to the Beach

August 11, 2012

While this house was a little too small for our liking, its proximity to the beach made all the difference. We could carry/roll the kayak the 1 block right to the sand and the bay! Everyone enjoyed that we didn't have to take the car. And the outdoor shower was terrific!

Cozy affordable beach house

August 25, 2009

The house is small but fits a family with 5 adults and 1 child. The outside deck is excellent for evening meals and conversation. The area is a very quiet. The beach is close but somewhat limited. Although a kayak and a sailboat were available taking them to the beach was not easy. The owners were very accomodating.

The house is a little on the small side but it's got a very nice and cozy feel and for the price...it’s unbeatable! The owners are very nice and easy to work with. When they knew we were having a slightly problem they stopped by the house to see if they could fix it so it wouldn't be a further inconvenience. We had a blast! We love the back yard and the big deck! Great place for a few friends to get away for a while or a family to spend some time together.
