A beautiful home away from home. Secluded, spacious, lots of light and decks, elegant, artistic and lovely waterviews. Dine on the deck, read on the hammock, outdoor hot tub, shower and grill. Lovely walks, bicycling, and a few minutes to the beach. A great home away from home for peace, retreat, and play. This architects home was built for comfort, beauty and serenity. All kinds of activities. If you like to Kayak rent Kayaks, leave them at nearby Menemsha Pond and have access to four ponds. If you like to beach ... just grab your towel and head off.

Aquinnah is at the beach end of the island with open spaces, surrounded by beaches, quiet and serene year around yet accessible to all of the Vineyard activities.

I've chosen to live in Aquinnah as it is so near to nature, peaceful, and beautiful. It is still like the Vineyard was decades ago.

There is just something very lovely about this secluded and incredibly peaceful spot on the bluff of a hill with the moors and distant ocean views. When you are here and leave you sense a certain magical healing has taken place. .. you don't kow why ... you just feel you've returned home.

• Deposits: 50% due on signing 25% due 60 days prior to rental 25% and $500 or 7.5% security deposit due 15 days prior to rental Unless equally rented there wil be nor refund of rental fees paid.
   
• Other Fees: Final Cleaning Fee of $150. against actual cleaning charges due with last payment
