Located near the sea and Zoomarine,the acquatic playground of Rome

Arriving by car is recomended, we can suggest many cheap rental services.
Otherwise a shuttle service is offered from and to the airport,to and from Rome or other locations.
At 500 m.bus stop to Rome and to the sea.
In the area near the sea there are buses going to Rome each 30 min.

Organized tours ( also enogastronomic: food and wine )around Rome or towards other really beautifull areas in Lazio , offered as extra.

Breakfast and cleaning room every two days on request.
Homemade Lasagna or pizza or another typical Italian plate will be offered once a week.
English,French and Spanish are spoken.

Ardea is a small country but it is older than Rome.
Close to the apartament are remains of Roman domus, Pratica di Mare Castle that has just been restored, the tomb of Aeneas in the area where he landed after the battle of Troy (opposite the museum), the remains of the castle of Ardea.
Very close to Castelli Romani : Nemi,Castelgandolfo and its wonderfull lakes,Frascati.
They worth a visit in the same way as Rome.

A very nice and quiet area, 20 min. from Rome.
Ideal location for a holiday relaxing atmosphere, very close to all amenities.
At 500 m.shops and businesses (including supermarkets very convenient) ,horse riding,fishing,golf,fitness centres,swimming pools ,shopping centres .

I suggest a visit to Castel Romano oulets where you can find deals of italian fahion every day. Very close, De' Laurentis's film studios.

Sea is in the sourrondings.Many large and free or equipped beachs.Many quality restaurant and pizzerias,specialized in fish and meat plates.Prices are good and we'll give you all the informations.

Very close to Zoomarine,the acquatic playgroud of Rome with its dolphinsand many actractions.Zoomarine is visited every day from hundred of adult and children.It's open from April to October.
