We are only 45 min from Boston, 35 min from Hampton Beach, 10 min to Canobie Lake Park, close to all! Renovated in 2006 fantastic Southern New Hampshire waterfront home with private sandy beach, central A/C, views, sunsets, Internet, cable TV, Jacuzzi on crystal-clear 266-acres Arlington Lake at the junction of NH & MA. Located in quiet cove on a dead-end street-peninsula, nestled among oaks, huge pine trees, and blueberry bushes, this tranquil place is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing and suits for a very special vacation.

At the lakeside there is picnic/play area and a nicely terraced garden. Unique water view from each window - house overlooks the lake on all four sides. Patios on sunrise and sunset sides allow plenty of space for sunbathing and outdoor fun. The water is warm, its depth goes out very gradually. Sandy beach, sandy bottom, dock, and a shallow area for swimming are excellent for children.

Bed set up: 1 queen, 2 twins, convertible sofa, and a couch; orthopedic mattresses. Sleeps 4-6. Both bedrooms and baths completely renovated in 2006. New Mediterranean style tiled designer baths, Jacuzzi in master bath, 3-zones Japanese quiet central A/C, hardwood floors throughout, updated full kitchen, laundry. Open floor plan - living/ dining room area has cathedral ceiling, sliding doors lead to a deck with breathtaking views of the lake. Enjoy all day sun, unforgettable sunrises and sunsets!
