Arrowhead Lake Vacation Rental

This is a modest house located in the Western Poconos, about 2 hours drive from NY or Philadelphia. Which provides a comfy home-away-from-home atmosphere. The Home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen.

The home is entered on the first floor through the deck. Once inside, you will find a stone fireplace, a living room, a kitchen with counter seating and a bathroom on the first floor. As you enter the second floor through the open stairs, there are three bedrooms, and a bathroom. A large balcony is located off the master bedroom on the second floor. There are 2 queen sized beds and 2 single beds. There are 2 sofas and a chase on the first floor in the living room. There is also an oversized deck in the back which is a common gathering place for the family. Here you can enjoy meals, have your morning coffee, relax and take in the beautiful scenery-you may even see deer as they walk through the woods!

This all-season house is a great get-away for couples or families and a wonderful place to spend the holidays, too. Whether you choose to have a relaxing retreat or an adventure packed vacation, you are sure to have many wonderful memories in our lovely home. Don't delay... During the summer, the home is located only two blocks from the pool (Arrowhead has three pools), tennis courts, game area, and snack bar. It’s a short walk to one of the four beaches/playgrounds surrounding Arrowhead Lake. Here, you can take a refreshing dip in the lake, fish (the lake is stocked in April), or rent non-motorized boats and paddle boats. Only a short drive away, you can horseback ride, go whitewater rafting, ride quads at Jack Frost/Big Boulder, and visit Camel Beach (an outdoor water park). About three miles away, there is a family fun center with arcade games, a trampoline, paintball, go karts, miniature golf, bumper cars and delicious, oversized ice cream treats! If you don't mind a scenic drive, you can take the family to Knoebels, which is under an hour away and easy to get to. There, you will find amusement rides and 2 world-class roller coasters.

In the winter, hit the slopes (Jack Frost/Big Boulder is about 10 minutes away and Camelback is about 25 minutes), visit the Crossing Outlets mall with 100+ stores, the local restaurants or cozy up to the warmth of the fireplace. There is a free sledding hill located in Arrowhead for those not yet ready to brave the slopes. The hill is appropriate for all ages and sledders assume all risks.

In the fall, come and see the beautiful colors of the season or take a hayride. Arrowhead Lakes is also close to the state game lands.
Spring is a nice and quiet time to visit the Poconos! We are close to Blakeslee Flea Market and the casinos are a short ride away. You can go whitewater rafting or visit Bushkill Falls for some hiking.

If you venture outside the Arrowhead Community, nearby there are many annual events, including; wine-fest, Pocono races, International Brewing Festival, Jazz festival, the bike show, Celtic Music Festival, and much more. You may even want to try your luck at the newly opened casinos, a short drive away.
