The “Little-Big House” is charming and full of character, 100 years-old and located in the heart of Asheville. The apartment is fully furnished, sunny, and cozy for such a convenient location within walking distance to downtown,UNCA, Botanical Gardens, Urban Forest, Greenlife Grocery, Five Points Restaurant, Dripolator Cafe and more...A very relaxing place to "just be" while you enjoy your vacation-Perfect for one or a couple!
We provide HDTV with all the premium cable channels & sports package, DVD, Stereo w/ MP3 port, wireless internet, unlimited nationwide long distance dedicated apartment phone line, gas log wood stove, fully equipped kitchen, tile bathroom with handicap rails and seat in shower, spacious closet, antique furnishing, quality linens and towels, laundry room with iron and ironing board, private yard, flower gardens, and porch with a shady hammock where you can watch the bunnies come out to eat in the afternoon and the birds play all day. The U.S.Department of Forestry, Southern Research Station has incorporated an "Urban Forest with "walking/biking trails and a ropes course; it is just behind our property, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.
