Wood floors & tile throughout, rock fireplace & wood burning stove (wood provided), this large home boasts 6 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Pamper yourself in thesteam shower or jacuzzi tub in the Master bath! Or step outside & into the Sauna on the lower level.

2 spacious family rooms, each with cable TV, All linens & towels provided, full amenity kitchen with dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer.

For shopping, dining, entertainment & full enjoyment of downtown Asheville, I-240 takes you right into downtown in only a few quick interstate miles. Once on I-40, The Biltmore Estate may be accessed one exit West on I-40. Charming Black Mountain & Montreat, NC are just 15 miles east off I-40Heading south on Hwy 74 takes you to Chimney Rock Park in just 21 miles.

Quick convenience - there is a large 24 hour grocery store & pharmacy about 2 miles from the house. Or, if you're looking for that Super W-Mart & Shopping center kindof shopping, get on I-240 west & take the first exit.

• Other Fees: Pet fees - $15 per pet per day or $75 per pet per stay, whichever is less. 6.75% NC state taxes
