Description of the Asheville vacation cabin rental

Location & Charm! Views & a creek! BreakAway Cabin is just 12 miles to Downtown Asheville, NC & minutes to the quaint walking town of Weaverville*. All conveniences are nearby, and, BreakAway Cabin is just a mile past Reems Creek Golf Course, Vance Birthplace & 4 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway via scenic Ox Creek Road.

BreakAway is a 2 bedroom cabin with 2 full baths, all new in 2004. The Master Bedroom has a king bed & full bath with spa tub and separate shower. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed & private full bath.

Sit on the Rocking chair front porch with lovely Mountain Views & babbling creek, or grill out on the delightful back deck. Retreat to the cozy indoors with added amenities such as, a full-amenity kitchen, washer/dryer, quality sheets & towels, wireless internet access, rock fireplace with gas logs, central air & heat and many wonderful warm touches.

BreakAway Cabin has a flat, grassy yard & is easily accessed via a private drive, just off Reems Creek Road; reserve separately, or reserve with the Brigman House - a delightful 5BR historic home, just on the other side of the creek - take the walking bridge!

• Deposits: 50% of total due to hold the reservation, refundable minus $35 processing fee up until 60 days prior to the check-in date. Within 60 days payment is due in full & is non-refundable. If paying by cc, card is held on file in lieu of actual damage/security deposit. If paying by check, an additional $250 security deposit is collected. All renters are required to submit our Rental agreement. If any damages occur, renters are required to pay for all damages.
   
• Other Fees: Pets are allowed and are $15 per pet per day or $75 per pet, whichever is less. Taxes are not applied to pet fee.

The view is spectacular and the cabin was everything it was advertised to be. The beds were very comfortable and the living room was very comfy and kitchen was also very nice and had all the conveniences. The area is close to everything and we visited the Biltmore and surrounding area with virtually no trouble. We even found that we really liked the Ingalls grocery store and are looking for one in our area. Wish we could have stayed longer...and oh yes we even met one of the neighbors and had a very nice conversation with them...nice people.
