Description of the Asheville vacation cabin rental

Kinderhook Hollow (Village of children in the valley.), Perfect for kids adventures and lots of room to run worry free.
A secluded 15 acre mountain valley retreat. Dedicated to your inner childs connection to the organic and the serenity awakened when you can recognize the species through the sound of its wing. You and your family are invited to forget your schedules and let the moss between your toes - heal your soul. The cabin is perched high above wild flower meadows, 3 stocked ponds and a mtn. brook - so watchful parenting doesnt disturb exploration. Slow-sloped grassy terraces wind from every direction to the brook and ponds, so grandparents can take the long way on their stroll to the weenie roast.

High above the Warren Wilson College valley (3200')- youre minutes from finedining or Mt. Mi tchells vistas. The ranch-style cabin is located on the lower 3 acres and the peak of the property abuts the Ashevi lle Watershed. A very private retreat on a no-thoroughfare road where time has no dominion.

Reviews for this vacation cabin rental in Asheville, North Carolina

Write a review
Highly recommended for families with kids., August 17, 2005
By Neil Hester (Berkley, CA)
The kids can play and run free - no worries, we can see them from the house on the hill. Lots of biking, fishing an exploration on the 15 acres. Highly recommended because it's not on a steep mtn. side where the kids would have no where to play.
Owner Supplied Testimonials
"I've rented cabins and condos - but then you have to put the monsters back in the van to go do things. So, the beauty of Kinderook Hollow is that the kids can hit the door and run to the ponds with their fishing pools, play in the stream and chase butteflies - while we watch from the hill and dont have to cart them somewhere to get wild - loved it." Sally Beaucatcher

"Hey, we had a blast. Parents stayed in the cabin and the kids camped next to the stream - a mini family reunion without the usual 'Daddy take us somewhere'." Bob Elliot
