Perfect place...this condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and in the perfect location. Great for walking in town and close drive to all area attractions. We will use this condo anytime that we come to visit now!

My husband and two adult daughters stayed for four nights at this fantastic loft on College Street in the heart of downtown Asheville. The moment we opened the door and stepped inside we knew this was going to be an awesome stay. Everything was perfect!! The decor was beautiful--so artsy, yet cozy at the same time. I would definitely recommend this loft if you are planning a trip to Asheville and I look forward to staying there again.

We found the loft to be a great place to stay! It was truly beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would expect. The downtown location could not be better. We walked to nice restaurants each evening, and visited the quaint downtown shops during the day. Lynne was very easy to work with, and I would recommend the loft to anyone planning a trip to Asheville. Reba

The owner was very easy to deal with and helpful. The condo was neat, clean, comfortable, contemporary and had every thing we wanted. There was a good selection of books and music also and recommendations to local restaurants and other attractions. It was 2min walk from dining and everything else. Parking was directly across the street, easy access. We would stay again.

A GREAT place to stay in downtown Asheville. Everything you need is provided and you simply walk out the door to be within walking distance of great shopping and movies and places to eat. We definitely plan to return!

This condo was a lovely place to stay while in North Carolina. It has everything you need in it and very clean and homey. We liked the fact that we could come back to it at the end of the day and feel like you were at home. Although we did not have time to spend in the city, it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

My stay at the condo was wonderful! The interior was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Being surrounded by Lynn's photography was also a treat. Close to everything. I ended up extending my stay by four weeks.

What a pleasant surprise when we walked into this beautifully decorated, contemporary condo! The pictures online don't truly capture the artistic essence and spacious feel of the place. The location is ideal for the traveler who wants to walk to restaurants, galleries and shops without having to move the car. We felt more like "locals" instead of "tourists" staying here. We will never consider staying in a hotel with this place as an option. Excellent choice!!

This loft was great for a quick three-day weekend getaway. It is centrally located and surrounded by parking, excellent food, and plentiful shopping. Also enjoyed the artwork and decoration of the loft.

This fabulous condo has it all - superb location in downtown Asheville, first-rate comfort, a large, beautifully decorated space. It's the perfect place to stay in Asheville - close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. We LOVE this place! We'll be back and will recommend it to all our friends!

This condo was everything we've been looking for! It is in the heart of downtown Asheville-right above Stella Blue and was so convenient to everything-the interstate, bars, restaurants, shopping etc. Parking was wasy to find and not an issue. We have already referred our friends to you to stay in your condo the weekend of our wedding, and hope to stay again sometime soon!

An ideal place to stay when visiting Asheville. Third floor space is quiet and very comfortable, street noise is not an issue!! Beautifully decorated, enjoy time spent "at home" as well as enjoying all that downtown Asheville has to offer just steps away. We highly recommend this condo!

This downtown apartment is fabulous - our art collectors stay here when they come to town to visit the gallery...it is perfect - uber cool and easy walking distance to all restaurants, entertainment, coffee shops and of course the art galleries! Even a drug store and wine shop within a block. We book all of our out of town guests here - thank you Lynne!
