BELE CHERE WEEKEND- THURSDAY, July 23 at 5 THRU SUNDAY, July 26 AT 5 IN THE AFTERNOON. Private Resident Condo available for Bele Chere Weekend. Stay right on Haywood Street. Have the Festival right at your door step. Walk to the Festival, Restaurants, Clubs, Shopping. Decorated appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo- Sleeps 4 comfortably. Master bedroom with queen bed/ Office accommodates Aero Bed Mattress (very comfortable), Entry Gallery also accommodates a queen areo mattress. Full Accommodations. Living/Dining Breakfast Bar. Laundry, Internet, Balcony with Charcoal BBQ. Very comfortable accommodations. Maximum 4 persons.
Weekend Rate is $1500.00 (includes $100.00 cleaning fee).
A security/damage deposit of $400 is required. All security/damage deposits will be refunded within 1-7 days of departure provided the condo is left in proper order and undamaged. Renters will be responsible for any damages or theft. This offer is valid thru 07/17/09. Security Deposit (50%) by July 17, 2009 to secure reservation.

Welcome to the 31st Year of the Bele Chere Festival! The Bele Chere Festival is an annual 3-day festival on the streets of historic Downtown Asheville. The festival features four stages of free- live music and an impressive array of arts and crafts; as well as entertainment and activities for children. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains of Western North Carolina- come join us for one of the Southeast's largest free outdoor street festivals.
This is for the 3 day citywide Arts and Crafts Festival. You will be staing right in the heart of it.
