Description of the Asheville vacation guesthouse rental

Build in 2010 on 2.5 ac with complete privacy. Grocery store and resturants 2.5 miles, Biltmore House and Downtown Asheville 6 miles. Master Bedroom has a king bed and a private bath. Sprial stairs to sleeping loft with twin and futon. Large eat-in kitchen with island. Vaulted ceilings with fans in every room. Deck large enough to eat on with great views. Green and Energy Star Home, with tile and hickory hardwood floors, no wall to wall carpet. Owners clean after each use with green products and great care. Pets need to be approved by owner before rental, a fee will be required.

Area Information

Wooded lot with nice flat area on a private road. Plenty of parking available. Camping area for larger groups with lower level bath.

Relaxing with a Mountain View

What a wonderful place to unwind after the busy holidays! The view of the mountains was awesome. The peacefullness of the the cabin location is amazing. It is so quiet, that you can't believe you are within 15 minutes of busy Asheville! The location is wonderful because you can access the city of Asheville or drive a little further to the mountains. The house is the perfect size for a small family or couple. The owners provide everything you need to make a it a great getaway. We love it and can't wait to go back again!

Fantastic rental!

My husband and I rented this home for a weekend in early December and absolutely loved it. The property boasts a gorgeous view and is conveniently located to both Biltmore and downtown Asheville. There is plenty of space for two people and even up to a family of four because of the loft upstairs. The home is impeccably clean and nicely appointed. If you're looking for a modern home in Asheville to relax, enjoy the scenery yet still have the conveniences of a quick drive into town or the mountains, this is a great option!

This rental is everything you could ask for. It has everything,and is private but still not far from everything. We had 5 people and plenty of room. We will be back.
