Description of the Asheville vacation home rental
Hi, Im looking for responsible subletters to sublet my home
in West Asheville for 2 months while I am commercial fishing in
Alaska. The house is a 1926 English Tudor, 4 bedroom (3 will be free)
1 & 1/2 bath. 2000 square feet with a dry 1000 sq ft basement, sunny, high ceilings, furnished, lots of plants, a garden to tend. Its located on the top of
a hill, above the
French Broad river, in a nice neighborhood with
great views of Asheville on one side
and the Smokey Mts on the other side.
Minutes from downtown and from newly hip West Asheville.
Non destructive pets are fine.
