Description of the Asheville vacation home rental
Unique Stone home with Rustic Cabin look inside. 3 full bedrooms with 4th as a sitting room with Futon sleeps 2, full baths (2) on two levels. Sleeps 8 to 9 but can be divided to use only half of home which would sleep 2 to 4. Upper level would be closed off. Has 1 wood stove, hard wood floors and a hot tub. Adorable loft for kids with twin bed and step ladder in same room as the King Bed. Hardwood floors lower level. Knotty pine paneling in family and dining area with a PIANO. Outside stone barbeque grill(charcoal) and a large Picnic Table. Badminton and Horshoes available for yard. Mountain view from front area of home and lovely sunset views from Deck with HOT TUB. Does not have central air only window units 2 upper and 2 lower level.
Lovely large oak trees in back and two maples in front of house on two acres of land, fenced. Plenty of parking. Home is fully stocked for your use. WILL CONDSIDER TWO DAY MINUMIM DEPENDING ON DATES. Two miles from entrance of the Biltmore House. Less than a mile from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. 3.5 miles to Downtown, Close to shopping, dining, golf courses, skiing, antiquing. Grocery and Drug store within walking distance. 12 minutes to airport and short drives to Brevard, Hendersonville and the lovely mountains and their views. Drive up Town Mountain Road and see the beauty of Asheville by day and night. Town mountain will take you Mount Mitchell which is absolutely beautiful!! Great for hikes, picnics and more. Short drives to many wonderful waterfalls, hiking trails, many golf courses, tennis, snow skiing 45 minute drive, Casino 1 hour to Cherokee area. You will be delighted with your stay in my home and I hope you will tell your friends.

Biltmore House 2 mi., Grove Park Inn 6 mi., Mountains, Blue Ridge Parkway 1mi, other mountain areas within 15 minutes or less. Beautiful Views. Downtown, Biltmore Square shopping and some wonderful restaurants are all close by. Lots of artists places and Antique shopping. Lake with walking trail and cayaking 5mi, many golf courses close by, downhill skiing within 45 min to 1 hour drive. Lots of fun mountain areas with waterfalls and hiking trails. Cherokee has a casino Harrah's, 1 hour drive. UNCA College close by.
