Area Description
25 minutes to Asheville via I-26, 15 minutes to Weaverville, 12 minutes to Reems Creek Golf Course and Trout Fishing in Paint Fork Creek or Reems Creek, 10 minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway near Craggy Gardens, 30 minutes from Hot Springs and Wolf Laurel Ski Resort. The mountain and surrounding area is sparsely populated and very peaceful and quiet. Rasberry and blackberry bushes are on the property which ripen in June and are great on cereal or in pies.
