Biltmore Village and the Grove Arcade have excellent shopping and restaurants. The Biltmore Estate and its winery are one of the most popular tourist destinations in North Carolina. In addition, outdoor activities such as hiking, rafting, biking, running, skiing, climbing, and camping are numerous due to the closeness of this home to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mount Mitchell is thirty minutes away.

With regards to location this property is close to everything. There is truly too much to list. As for the home, there are three bedrooms on three separate floors. First floor bedroom has a double size bed with it's own spacious bathroom, comfortable chair and access to its own covered deck. Second floor bedroom is the largest with a king size bed, two spacious closets, full bathroom, reading space, and double french doors leading the main deck. Third floor has a queen size bed and futon with a full spacious bathroom and walk in closet. All bedrooms have amazing views.

This is a great house in Asheville. The view is wonderful with a double porch across the back. It is a very steep drive up though. I suggest you bring your groceries when you come. Great sunsets.
